Amazing! Loved the home. Loved the pool. Loved the area.

The home was amazing and very clean. Justin is an amazing host. My family was comfortable and was able to enjoy the pool to cool off from the 110 degree weather. Justin communicated with us throughout the entire stay. The decor of the home motivates me to reorganize and decorate!

Disappointment after Disappointment

After a five hour road trip, we arrived to our destination and we were not able to get into the house. The battery on the door lock had died. All other house entrances were locked and inaccessible. It took a locksmith over an hour to get there. The pool was drained and out of commission for our entire stay. This was the only reason we chose this property. We were told it would be fixed on the second day and sadly it was not attended to. The living room TV did not work. The grill was out of propane. Sadly we would’ve rather stayed at a Motel 6 for the price we paid to stay here. I would not recommend this property.

This guests tried to be scammer through the vrbo property and I would recommend them to be hosted. Hosts be aware. Bobbie was notified about a pool chemical spill prior to her stay and was given the opportunity to cancel her stay with a full refund. She chose to keep her reservation. The grill is provided to guests, the propane tank is not. If it has extra in it from previous guest, awesome but this in the check-in instructions. The claim of our TV not working is simply lies. She wrote in that she wanted to watch a football game that wasn’t showing up. It’s true that the door lock did die upon check-in but her and her guest elected not to wait (the 30min wait) for the locksmith and decided to break into the house. For her grievances, she asked for and was granted a 5pm pst check-out, instead of 10am, which she gladly accepted. Then 48hrs later, she tried to shake us down for a refund for her stay - even after her travel insurance & VRBO, told her it would be fraud and services don’t work like that. Again, I say, hosts beware of this guests. She will try to shake you down for a refund if she experiences the smallest inconvenience.

Nice Home and Location

This home was perfect for us. We were able to cook, relax and enjoy our time there. Although we didn't have time to use the pool, it is awesome! We were there on a golf trip and were gone most of the time each day. The host was very accommodating and worked with us on any of our needs. Thank You !
