The house is also located 5 miles from the Las Vegas Raiders stadium, so its a great place to stay if you're interested in attending a game or event at the venue. Also located 6 miles from T-Mobile arena. Walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. Finished backyard with patio furniture, fire pit, and grill. Bar, 2 60inch 2 55inch tv's, cable, pack and play available by request, and wifi included.

We had a fun weekend

The house was great! It was clean, well stocked, plenty of space with lots of sitting areas. The beds were comfortable also!!! The host was responsive and we had very good communication. I highly recommend this property and the next time we have another weekend celebration, we will book this house again!

Had great communication with the home owner. Very pleasant to work with. Rooms were all clean when we got there. Instructions were easy to read and abide by. Loved the island in the kitchen! I liked how the rooms were set up. I think it does need an additional lamp in master bedroom but thata just a little things.

Place was clean and had furnished very well. Kitchen had a nice island where we gathered most of the time. Rooms were clean with more than enough linens and pillows. The place overall was great! Brandon communicated very well . I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Stayed at this property for 5 days. The property has a great location with easy access to main roads that will take you to the strip or area golf courses. However, you are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There are a several grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations within a 2 min drive which is also very convenient. I would stay at this property again.

Holiday Family Time

I needed a home that was near my son's application and this home was perfect. Communication with the owner was good from day one. The home was perfect for what we needed. The location was near Albertsons, Target and Walmart. Near local restaurants and easy to get to the strip. I would definitely book again.

Amazing Weekend

Will definitely recommend staying here. Entire house was very accommodating. Conveniently close to Albertson and Target and other stores. Quick drive to the strip and The Orleans where we had our competition. House was equipped with everything needed. Brandon was great and even went out of his way to ship back something my mom left behind. Will definitely book again !!!!

Could not make it

Our trip was planned for my son’s birthday. He ended up with a fever and Covid like symptoms so unfortunately we were not able to fly in for our weekend. Our host was great with communication. So even though we couldn’t make it he was very responsive to my questions and quick to get back to me. Which matters when renting.

Beautiful & clean home!

Stood here during the Rise Lantern festival event off the strip. Brandon was very hospitable and welcoming he answered all my texts and emails promptly. The home was very clean, kid friendly and modern. The photos of the home are a bit modest as the home is much larger in person. As soon as my family arrived inside it felt immediately like home. The home had all the necessities a rental property should have making our large group comfortable. Although the home was only about 10 minutes away from the strip your out of all the traffic mess. Not to mention the Silverton was close by for that quick gamble itch. I really recommend this home for any future Vegas trips especially groups of 4 or more Thanks again B! Desire K.

Short stay in LV

We registered as a party of 10 and there was only placesettings for 10 and 5 chairs around the countertop (one was aside and broken). No canopener. Carpet upstairs dirtied our socks. Sharp object on stair carpet cut bottom of child’s foot. No directions on heating system—it was 77 degrees in morning and we couldn’t turn it down. Grill grates dirty from last use. Coffee filter had old grounds left in pit upon arrival.
