This beautiful 2400 square foot, 4 bedroom home is located less then 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The house is also located 5 miles from the Las Vegas Raiders stadium, so its a great place to stay if you're interested in attending a game or event at the venue. Also located 6 miles from T-Mobile arena. Walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. Finished backyard with patio furniture, fire pit, and grill. Bar, 2 60inch 2 55inch tv's, cable, pack and play available by request, and wifi included.

The house was just beautiful, we enjoyed our stay, and we had no problem getting around the area. Our host Brendon was very accommodating and answered all of my questions about our stay. We highly recommend to anyone who will be visiting the Las Vegas area.

Stayed at this property for 5 days. The property has a great location with easy access to main roads that will take you to the strip or area golf courses. However, you are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There are a several grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations within a 2 min drive which is also very convenient. I would stay at this property again.

Amazing Weekend

Will definitely recommend staying here. Entire house was very accommodating. Conveniently close to Albertson and Target and other stores. Quick drive to the strip and The Orleans where we had our competition. House was equipped with everything needed. Brandon was great and even went out of his way to ship back something my mom left behind. Will definitely book again !!!!

Could not make it

Our trip was planned for my son’s birthday. He ended up with a fever and Covid like symptoms so unfortunately we were not able to fly in for our weekend. Our host was great with communication. So even though we couldn’t make it he was very responsive to my questions and quick to get back to me. Which matters when renting.

We had a fun weekend

The house was great! It was clean, well stocked, plenty of space with lots of sitting areas. The beds were comfortable also!!! The host was responsive and we had very good communication. I highly recommend this property and the next time we have another weekend celebration, we will book this house again!

Perfect location

First time booking a home as a rental and this was a very good experience. The house is amazing, comfortable, clean. The location is perfect so many stores, food places, gas near by. Not far from strip or other attractions. Will definitely recommend.

Had great communication with the home owner. Very pleasant to work with. Rooms were all clean when we got there. Instructions were easy to read and abide by. Loved the island in the kitchen! I liked how the rooms were set up. I think it does need an additional lamp in master bedroom but thata just a little things.

LSQC 84 40 year Reunioj

Place was clean and had furnished very well. Kitchen had a nice island where we gathered most of the time. Rooms were clean with more than enough linens and pillows. The place overall was great! Brandon communicated very well . I highly recommend this beautiful home.
