The 3rd bedroom is in the lower level of the home and includes a queen bed.

OUTDOOR:

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lani was easy to communicate with and responded with questions quickly. The property is very close to the water. The beach was practically empty. The town is easy to walk around in. It has a few small shops and restaurants. You can walk through a state park as well which is very close. The town of Newbury Port is a short drive and has lots of shopping and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay. We are keeping this on our list for future stays.

Spacious and comfortable beach home

A group of 5 girls stayed here for two nights. It was the absolute perfect house. There were plenty of comfortable beds for us all and a huge couch in the living area to hang out on. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The house was very clean and extremely close to the beach. It had everything we needed and two lovely decks. There’s nothing bad I can say about this house. Communication with host was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would love to return.
