Avail all year for your short-term Get-A-Way! Just a 3-night minimum.

Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The location of this beach house is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's, The Sunset Club, Riptide Cafe and Bar, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located, not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!

The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.

Check in after 2pm.
Check out by 10am.

We stayed here in 2021 and it was awesome. Many improvements since then such as all new windows made it even better in 2025! It's a very short walk to the beach, and also close to the ice cream shop.

A Beach Trip to Remember

We loved our stay here!! The house was so great and fully equipped for our family of 8. The beach is literally across the street and the simplicity of that alone made the trip even more special. The beach is clean and full of great finds- moon snails, oyster shells, huge clams!! My children had a wonderful time!! We want to rent from Pam again for longer next time!!

This was a great house for two smaller families. Room setup is very versatile, and just the right mix of amenities and access to getaway spaces like the beach and reserve. The house itself is adorable and very homey. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Convenient

If you stay in this quirky, but superbly comfortable and exceptionately well-provisioned house, you are within steps of a spectacular beach and all the stores and restaurants this wonderful island offers. In addition to the usual amenities, there are shelves of books and games, plenty of room for parking and multiple places to relax and comfortable chairs to do it in.

The property is as advertised and has a campy feel. i thought 3 couples could sleep upstairs but only two stayed there The rooms are close and not a lot of privacy. do be sure you are comfortable with fellow travelers. but the house is really sweet.

We purchased this beach house in 2003 as an ideal rental property. We live in Newburyport and love going to Plum Island and knew that other would too!

Why they chose this property

We immediately loved the feel of the house. It is truly a beach house where you can take a breath and relax.
It is situated on one of the highest points on the island. This means that we have the long-view out over the ocean but don't need to worry about the ocean taking our home. We don't even need flood insurance!
We like the location because it is close to beach but also because it is close to the bridge onto the island. It is a quick ride to and from downtown Newburyport.

What makes this property unique

Very convenient beach access. Many people enjoy the bright colors, artwork, and warm feeling of the house. It truly feels like a beach house where you can relax!
