Awesome small apartment getaway

Wonderful place. Has everything you need, stainless cookware and full kitchen. Beautiful location, block from windnsea beach. It’s tidy but perfect for single traveler or couple. Had a great stay. Neighbors are awesome! Love you La Jolla

Misleading listing

The only reason I am giving this listing 3 stars is because of the location and the updates in the unit. The main reason we booked this rental was because it listed that it had air conditioning. We were very upset when we arrived and there was no air conditioning (as it was a heat wave during our stay). There was also a spa whirlpool listed on the listing. When we arrived, we also learned there was no jacuzzi at all. We ended up checking out early because it was too hot to sleep in. We tried to request a refund for the nights that we did not stay there due to the temperature of the unit, and never received one. We have learned that if something is a necessity for us in a rental, to ask if it’s there, even if it’s listed because listings can be misleading.
