Perfect location for touring the University of Arizona with my daughter. Clean, convenient. We were there on St. Patrick’s weekend and did not notice any partying or noise from the fraternity next door.

The inside of the home was nice, clean, and modern, had all the amenities you'd need for a several night stay. The bed was decently comfortable too. I would highly, highly warn anyone staying here about the frat house directly next door: there's an actual stage setup so I'd imagine it gets buck wild on certain nights. THANKFULLY it was an off night otherwise it likely would have been a rough night. We enjoyed our stay and our host was great but just be careful if you plan on having a quiet restful night.
