Within walking distance to the 4th Ave electric trolley and the University of Arizona. Downtown Tucson is 1 mile south with many restaurants and local shop owners with handmade one-of-a-kind and unique crafts for everyone.

Outdoor activities are nearly year-round with hiking, bicycling, walking the dog, skydiving in Marana (30 minutes away), and much more.

Free parking in the either driveway, curbside or in the adjacement lot for extra vehicals.
I am available anytime to answer questions and to assist you with specific requests, i.e., extra towels, soap, etc., by text message or by phone.

A short drive or trolley car ride to the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, University of Arizona, 4th Ave, and biking paths throughout Tucson.

Conveniently located 1 mile east of the I-10 highway. Exit Speedway Blvd. and go east on Speedway to turn right on Stone Ave to University Blvd and turn left and almost immediately the property is on your right.

During your stay, you can use the local electric trolley to commune for free throughout the 4th Ave, downtown Tucson and to and from University Blvd. just outside the University of Arizona west side entrance.

Mixed Feelings

The description of the property is not accurate, there is only 1 small bathroom. The walls are also very thin, could hear the neighbors partying all night. The location is convenient for campus and 4th ave. The host was good at communication in the beginning but not after the fact.

Charming place

This place is charming and cozy, and perfect for what I wanted - close enough to campus I could walk. Bed was comfy, once I figured out how the heater worked, I was warm. My only issue was the train that apparently runs nearby and blasts its horn at all hours, but earplugs solved that problem. I would stay here again

I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University home is conveniently 10 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona, nearby shopping on 4th Ave, great restaurants Downtown, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.

What makes this property unique

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard for relaxing with family and friends. Located less than 5 minutes by car to the Tucson Convention Center, and 4 minutes walking distance to 4th Avenue, and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy.
