Welcome to Island South #31. This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (no elevator) has an incredible ocean views from the patio. Once you walk into the unit you are greeted by the large kitchen. Step into the relaxing living area and have a seat on the couch while you take in all this top floor unit has to offer. Just outside is a large covered ocean view patio. At the end of the day retreat to your private Master suite with Queen size bed, private bath and sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed. Other amenities of Island South include a pool and easy beach access.

Amazing location

We were very happy with this condo! The view was spectacular and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There was an issue with the screen door missing in the master bedroom and we did speak with Sunshine realty and they ordered a brand new one and installed it in 2 days! Very nice but does need some updating. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach in St Augustine.

This property was very nice. I would say that the only downfall were some updates but that didn't bother me at all. The pool was excellent and access to beach was great. Lots to walk to and a short drive to downtown.

Great Vacation

This place is amazing. Tons of space, big kitchen, and great view from the balcony. My wife and I really enjoyed eating breakfast together on the balcony. Located close to all the attractions, bur far enough away to be away from crowds. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen. Our condo was right outside pool and walkway to the beach. Just what our family was looking for! Highly recommend this property!
