Brand new modern-finished studio penthouse of 30 sq m (about 320 sqft). It has 9sqm (96sq ft) outside terrace with wonderful sea views, BBQ, and outside furniture. Located just 150 metres off the Bugibba promenade. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold)
This brand new charming studio penthouse is located just 150m from the seafront promenade of Bugibba in St Paul’s Bay. It is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments.
This Sea-view studio penthouse is on the 7th floor (top floor) and has a lovely terrace (3mx3m) with commanding views of most of St Paul’s Bay including St Paul’s Islands. The terrace is equipped with a small gas BBQ and garden furniture (sunbeds, chairs, and table). There is also a small terrace to accommodate its own washing machine and washing lines

This studio penthouse has a double bed and a double sofa bed.
The kitchenette dining living part has a small terrace with washing machine and clothes drying facilities.
The shower room is quite spacious (1.8mx1.8m or 6 ft x 6 ft).
Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
All doors and windows have insect screens so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries.
