Harbour Lights Apartment offers amazing views of St.Paul's Bay and great sunsets. This apartment is one of very few that enjoy a view also at night. The lights in the harbour reflect on the water surface making a romantic atmosphere. Therefore, we named the apartment block Harbour Lights. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. The old fishing harbour, full of traditional fishing boats, is still full of activity and is just below and in front of the apartment. Our guests love sitting in the Balcony enjoying the Sunsets and the boats entering the harbour.
Just 100m from the apartment there is a concrete beach were locals like to take a quick dip. The best beaches and cruises to Comino and the blue lagoon are just a 10 minute bus ride away. (Bus stop just in front of apartment block) Restaurants, bars, kiosks and food stores, are within 30-800m from the apartment. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment block. Thus, visiting all the Island is easy and quick. Parking is easy nearly all year round for who wishes to get a car hire. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with many facilities, like washing machine, well equipped kitchen, ironing facilities etc.
All apartments have insect screens, heaters, and fans for our guests comfort.
Apartments are also served by lift (elevator with just 5 steps at the entrance)
We provide fast and free WiFi in the apartment and TV (with several different international channels) with 32 inch TV.
In the apartment, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board & fans in all the rooms.
*Utilities Consumption* - Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

Ruth and Neville were great hosts.Coming from Canada we had a lot to orient ourselves to on the wonderful island of Malta.We exchanges emails and whatever we needed or were trying to figure out ...they were so supportive of us. The young man Glen who is part of their team came twice to see us to help us orient ourselves to Malta. Very personable young man. The view from the balcony of Harbor Lights was wonderful and got even better in the evening.Our stay was for 24 days and we enjoye it so very much. This beautiful apartment is situated near a harbor, close to a beach with golden sands and a small city with nice little shops.
It's very romantic and the Malthese people are friendly, particularly the owner of this perfect apartment.

My wife and I are well into our 70's. The presence of an elevator made travel up and down our 3rd floor apt, especially on arrival and departure easy for my wife. There were on the 2 of us and we found the living /dining room very spacious as was the master bedroom. The closet and drawer storage in the master bedroom was the best we have enjoyed in the past 8 years of VRBO rentals. The bathroom was tight but most important was there were no issues with the toilet or the shower. We generally only have breakfast in our rentals so the only appliances we use are the coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. All in good condition. We appreciated the kitchen cupboard were stocked with a basic and well organized supply of dishes, glasses , cutlery ( and for those doing more meal prep than us..pots and pans), not a hodge podge of leftover items from previous guests. Similarly, there was not an accumulation of mutiple spices and recipe items. The apartment, and shared space such as the hallway and elevator were all very clean and minimalistic. My wife used the washing machine which proved simple to operate and more than adequate for the 2 washes we needed in our 3 week stay. The location was ideal for us...beautiful scene across the bay from our unit and and close enough for 2 seniors to walk to restaurants and small shops for necessities. We quickly got full value from the 7 day unlimited bus passes which allowed us to travel around the country and speak with locals. Hosts 5* !

We had a great stay in this apartment in the northern area of Malta. This is a basic unit but had everything we needed. The real plus to this apartment is the communication with the owners. They handled any and every need or question immediately and with great care. We'd stay again!

Saefront Apartment St. Pauls Bay
We all enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was clean and had a good equipment.
We remember with pleasure the wonderful view of St.Pauls Bay from the balcony.
The owner provided good customers service.
We liked to swim in the bay, where the water was very clean. The bay was just a few metres away from the falt.

Great views, roomy & well equipped. With a baby buggy the flat sidewalk around St. Paul’s Bay was a great stroll (as opposed to the poor hilly, narrow sidewalks of Bugibba. Flat was very well equipped ... everything you need. TV channel package is the best I’ve seen in Europe. Elevator is a little unreliable but the stairs didn’t kill us. Neville is a good host.

I found the flat nice. Though we stayed there in january we had preferred a little warmer flat. Could it have been warmed up a little bit before we came? All our things got moisty. We also complete with some things in the kitschen. Besides that we found it comfortable and the host was very nice and helpful.

Thankyou for your response. Yes, in Malta we have a very mild climate. Winter only lasts a couple of months so we have no central heating on the island. We provide gas heaters for your stay, however, when left burning for a long time, the gas heaters result in some condensation on the walls and windows. It is a good idea to air the apartment during the day when you are out to prevent mould growing. And then you can warm up in the evening when you are relaxing inside the apartment :)

Comfortable family appartment
We used the appartment with four persons which was perfect. Beautiful seaview, generous space and good starting point for all kinds of trips by bus. Don't miss the sunset over St. Pauls Bay from the balcony when ever you rent this lovely flat. Due to the street in front of the house it's not totally quiet.
Mr. Galea gave a pleasant and competent introduction to appartment and island. So we were equipped with a really good user manual. Great service, open-hearted welcome and trustful appraoch, big thanks to the Galea family!

Thank you for your comments...as explained by yourselves the apartment is very well located on the seafront with breathtaking seaviews of St Pauls Bay. It is also very conviently located to visit the island by public bus since the bus stop is right infront of the apartment block. Also for who would like to rent a car there is plenty of free parking infront of the apartment as the road is not very busy.
On arrival we always give 'tips' on how to spend the holiday, where to go, what to see, when & where & how...thus we give 100% value for money as good accomodation and good insider information.
We always give a warm and open hearted welcome to our guests so they feel comfortable right from the start of their holiday.
Lovely apartment, well situated, very helpful landlord
Very spacious two bedroomed apartment, comprehensively equipped and in good condition. Very friendly landlord, happy to be contacted for information (we used whatsapp). Balcony ideal to enjoy the mild Maltese evenings, north-west facing.
The location is really good for getting around the Island - and even to Gozo - either by car (close to a main trunk route) or by using the excellent (and cheap) bus service. A car is not essential!.
All in all, we had a lovely week in Malta, based from this apartment, and have noted the coordinates of the appartment to repea the experience.

The location is brilliant, offering breathtaking views of St. Paul's Bay that we could enjoy from the balcony with our morning coffee and during the spectacular sunsets. The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet area, which was ideal for relaxing in the evenings.The apartment itself is very spacious and was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The amenities made it feel like a home away from home. We were also thrilled with how convenient everything was. A convenience store is just a 3-minute walk away, and we found a brilliant lido at Barracudas Bar and Restaurant just a 5-minute stroll away. There's even a great bar and restaurant literally across the road!The location also served as a perfect base for exploring the island. The bus stop is right outside, making trips to beaches and other parts of Malta incredibly easy. Taxis (like Bolt) were also readily available, and we had no trouble getting to Valletta and Mdina.A special shout-out to the hosts for their excellent communication. They were incredibly helpful and even arranged our transfers, which made the entire trip stress-free and easy from start to finish. We truly could not have asked for better hosts. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

Christmas in Malta
My sister and i had a wonderful two month stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment with stunning views. The apartment was exactly as described by neville, the area was quiet due to the time of year, directly outside the apartment was the bus stops which was very convenient for visiting the rest of this lovely, friendly island. Locally there are a few restaurants and shops with the lively resort of Buggiba a 15 to 20 mins walk away or a 5mins bus ride. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and well maintained. Neville was only a call away for any problems, and was always happy to help, thanks once again Neville, Ruth, and not forgetting baby Mathew for making our stay in your apartment a very memorable one. We would certainly reccomend this apartment to our family and friends, and would definatly hope to return sometime in the future.

The apartment is ideal for long stays in Winter as it is spacious, well equipped, adequate storage space, cheap heating and also has satellite television with various television channels. The location is ideal for walks in the countryside and all amenities are within walking distance. Having the bus stop right infront of the apartment makes it easy to explore the islands and the best sightseeing places. We always offer support and assistance to our guests and make sure that their stay in Malta is a holiday to remember!
I could not get enough of the fantastic view from the balcony overlooking St. Paul's Bay. The apartment was fine with everything in working order and the host supplied us with ample bottled water. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential which was fine for us since we had a rental car and, since it was November, we had no trouble getting parking. There is a bus stop across the street and in retrospect, considering Malta traffic, we would have been better off relying on public transportation. There are no services in the vicinity except an excellent restaurant, Pepe Nero, across the street but we had fortunately stocked up at the PAMA Supermarket in Mosta before arrival. The only difficulty with check in was a broken card reader which caused some delay and confusion until we could figure out how to pay our balance.

gute Wohnung
Wie in einer anderen Bewertung schon gesagt, kann ich bestätigen, dass es etwas laut ist und der Wasserdruck nicht gerade hoch ist, dennoch würde ich die Wohnung empfehlen. Die Aussicht ist super und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre auch bequem. Die Vermieter waren freundlich, jedoch nur über Whats App da. Ein persönliches Gespräch mit genauer Erklärung der Klimaanlage und Müllentsorgung und vielleicht ein paar Tipps für den Aufenthalt wäre sicher hilfreich gewesen.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.
Mit dem Bus kommt man überall problemlos hin.
Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Toller Service war das wir vom Flughafen abgeholt und nach 7 Tagen Urlaub auch wieder dorthin gebracht wurden.
Neville hat uns bei der Ankunft alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Reiseführer erklärt und markiert. Er und Ruth waren jederzeit über Whats App zu erreichen.

Leider war es in der Whg.in den Schlafzimmern sehr laut durch einen Wassertank, der sich abends bis Nachts befüllt! Die Whg.ist für höchstens 5Personen, alles andere wird zu viel. Die Busse sind total überfüllt (Anfang Nov.) sie fahren wir die gesengten Säue, Kinder im Bus sind unmöglich, geschweige Kinderwagen o.Rollatoren. Busfahrer sehr unfreundlich u.nicht hilfsbereit, wir wurden mehrfach falsch geschickt.Die Pläne sind nicht zu verstehen. Straßen sind eine Kathastrophe, ebenso Gehwege. Ganz Malta ist eine rießen Baustelle, mega viel Verkehr u.sehr laut!

Die Harbour Lights Apartments empfangen seit 12 Jahren Gäste und wir hatten nie Beschwerden über Lärm aus dem Wassertank.
Sie haben uns gesagt, Sie haben es nur einmal gehört. Könnte sein, dass Luft in den Rohren war oder ein anderer ungewöhnlicher Zustand oder eine andere Ursache, die für den Tank verwechselt wurde. Wir werden die Angelegenheit in diesem Winter noch prüfen, während wir einige Upgrades vornehmen und zwei weitere Stockwerke hinzufügen, damit wir die Nachfrage nach diesem Standort decken können.
Malta hat eine boomende Wirtschaft und ist bei Touristen sehr beliebt. Die Busse sind also voll, aber es ist eine kostengünstige und effektive Möglichkeit, mit den meisten Strecken alle 15 bis 20 Minuten zu reisen.
Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Block, eine nach Süden und die andere nach Norden. An der Bushaltestelle gibt es eine Liste von Routen und Haltestellen, die jeder Bus macht.
Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Google Maps auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon, daher müssen Sie nachfragen und somit Sprachbarrieren umgehen.
Wir sind enttäuscht, dass die Kinder im Bus Ihr Buserlebnis ruiniert haben und es scheint, dass Sie die besten Teile der Insel nicht besucht haben. Daher sind wir enttäuscht, dass Sie nicht um unsere Hilfe gebeten haben. Ruth, unsere Booking Managerin, spricht fließend Deutsch und hätte Ihnen gerne einen persönlichen Tagesablauf zusammengestellt. Wir führen auch kostenlose Reiseführer in vielen Sprachen, einschließlich Deutsch.
Bei der Ankunft und während des Aufenthalts unserer Gäste fungiert unser Vertreter auch als Concierge. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht über die Pawls Bay. Parkplätze waren an der Straße, Anfang November, ausreichend vorhanden.
Leider kein Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Italienisches Restaurant Pepe Nero schräg gegenüber, Stufen runter zur Bucht, kann man empfehlen.
Wasser kommt im dritten Stock nur mäßig aus dem Hahn. Der Boiler für warmes Wasser hat nur geringes Fassungsvermögen, der 2. hat kaum noch davon und muss schnell oder kalt duschen.
Keine Heizung in der Wohnung, was vermutlich normal ist in diesen Breitengraden.
Besonders positiv war, dass gewisse Vorräte (Toast, Margarine, Wurst, Käse, Wein) im Kühlschrank waren, die für uns bereit gestellt wurden, als wir abends ankamen.
Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung gut und gerne buchen, wenn man mobil ist und nicht all zu lärmempfindlich. Denn es herrscht ein reger Busverkehr draußen und die Bushaltestelle/Straße ist direkt am Haus.

thank you for staying at our lovely Seafront apartment.
The nearest convenience store is on the same street at 800m, and so is the Green Grocer. It is a lovely walk on the seafront, or you can jump on any bus passing. A shopping trolly is provided at each apartment.
Malta is dry and has no water resorces. It is also hevily populated. Thus water is precious. Thus the low pressure in the taps, which is safe to drink.
The boiler has an adjustment to make it hotter or warmer. Probably during your stay it was set on low. Pity you did not send us a quick whats app, email, sms, phone or Facebook message to tell us as we would have indicated you where the setting is. on the underside of the water heater just above the WC.)
All seafront properties have a road in front of them and so there will be some cars passing. However the steet gets only local traffic as thare is a motorway to take other trafic travelling from North to South and vice versa away from thes location. Thus the steet noise is not too much and this feature. is good for parking, taking the bus and to feel secure.
We are very focused on our propertis and on making sure all our guests are happy.
Malta has a mild climate and so we Maltese do without heating or air conditioning. However to make sure all our guests are super comfortable we will have installed brand new Daikin air condition units in all rooms this winter.

Great location, the view is amazing, the apartment just as described on the website, bus service fantastic easy walk into St. Paul’s harbour & Bugibba, very friendly people, plenty of varied restaurants, interesting place if you love history, can’t wait to return soon.

Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with full time and part time fishermen. On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences. During your stay we offer 24/7 support, a fast maintenance and replacement service should anything go wrong in the property. All our properties are by far the best kept as we do an ongoing maintenance. Also the properties are licensed and insured for your piece of mind.
Why they chose this property
This property is in a quiet area of St Pauls Bay. The more tourist areas of Bugibba and Qawra are 15 minutes on foot. Parking is much easier in this area and so ideal for those renting a car. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment block and reaching the North and South of Malta is easy. The view from the balcony and front room of this apartment is enchanting. Guests fall in love with the view and area and many return. The view at night of most seafront properties is pitch dark sea. This apartment enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. Thus we named it Harbour Lights! This property also enjoys a small swimming area just 150 m away which is ideal for a quick swim after a day sightseeing or for a morning reviving swim!
