This waterfront duplex w/boat ramp is away from hustle and bustle, but close to Atlantic Beach (50 miles), New Bern (30 miles), or Oriental, the sailing capital of NC (7 miles). This unit is part of a home historically significant to its neighborhood--it once served as a general store and a post office, and now it makes a beautiful spot from which to survey the charming waterfront town and go fishing, sailing, and motorboating!

Peaceful country paradise

The property was clean and comfortably furnished with a huge, well stocked kitchen. Located in a super peaceful and quiet location next to the water. I wish we had used the boat ramp to do some kayaking during our stay! I would love to stay here again!
