Freshly renovated, tastefully decorated, 2 bedrm, 2 bath villa, on a deep fresh waterway, filled with all manner of water fowl, birds, turtles and fish. The resident Muscovy duck spends his day near our brand new stone patio. Serenity and peace are yours in this quiet eco mecca, far from noise and light pollution! Close to Port Charlotte Sandy Beach park and boardwalk. Great fishing! Minutes away from downtown Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda! Private. Shopping, restaurants, bars near by.

A great stay

The inside of the house is very nice and has everything you will need to make it a home away from home. The house is situated in a middle class neighborhood that is safe with friendly neighbors.

Peaceful and relaxing

We stayed for 28 days. Every morning. We enjoyed coffee outside. Loved watching the birds and the fish and the turtles. The home was very clean. Just as advertised, the owner was wonderful with communication. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you

Rest and Relaxation

Our goal was to get away from the cold at home to get some rest and relaxation in the warm. Well that kind of went south this year! Darn it! Hopefully the weather will behave next year! We loved the home its very clean & comfortable. Thanks Jennifer for the use of your home while we were visiting!

My husband and I fell in love with the backyard brimming with Blue Heron, Ibis, Pelicans, the Great Egret, the Wood Stork, Turtles, Mocking birds, Bass....an immense plethora of visiting birds and life.

Friendly neighbors, peaceful, proximity to the new Sun Seekers resort restaurants, Tikki bars, Beaches, Myakka Forest.

What makes this property unique

A large property, fresh water stream, with simple layout of bedrooms and bathrooms well separated, a wonderful sun room that fills with light and has views of the water. On site, convenient, king size, new, laundry machines. King size beds in both bedrooms.
Nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen for utensils, glassware, etc.
