We are conveniently located 14 minutes from Chios airport, 23 minutes from Chios Port and 33 minutes from Mesta Limenas Port, right outside of Kallimasia Town. The house has 3 bright and airy bedrooms that sleep 6 guests, each with extra pillows, blankets and an A/C unit. Full bathroom is filled with most necessities. Casa moderna in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Kallimasia

Casa luminosa, grande e comoda, e ben attrezzata anche se necessita di qualche completamento delle stoviglie e delle pentole. Rispetto alla presentazione fotografica la veranda è rivolta verso altre case e aggettante su un piccolo edificio ora demolito. Molto bello il terrazzo sull'uliveto con vista mare e sulla costa turca. L'host è gentile e molto riservata. Meno suggestiva delle case tradizionali dei villaggi storici, ma molto comoda e in posizione ideale per visitare tutta l'isola e raggiungere le spiagge più belle.

Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (Auto)

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin (Christina) war vom ersten Augenblick an schnell und unkompliziert. Christina war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. So hat sie uns für den ersten Tag ein paar Kleinigkeiten fürs Frühstück sowie Kaffee und Wasser bereit gestellt und auch ein etwas späterer Check-Out war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Objekt entspricht den Beschreibungen und alles was wir benötigt haben war vor Ort. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, die wir im Juli bei 40 Grad auch gebraucht haben. Die Lage am Stadtrand von Kalimasia war ideal. Man muss allerdings berücksichtigen das die Zikaden aufgrund der vielen umliegenden Bäume sehr zahlreich sind und morgens um 7 Uhr doch schon einigen Lärm machen. Aber das ist halt Natur und wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, hört man es auch kaum noch. Bäcker und 1 Restaurant waren fussläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ca. 1,5 km. Zum nächsten kleineren Strand und weiteren Restaurants waren es nur wenige Kilometer und zu den großen Sandstränden in Lithi und Komi nur jeweils ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Über die Hauptverbindungsstrassen waren alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Hauptstadt gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus daher jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
