Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht...

...für eine schöne Zeit in der Gegend. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist alles da und hat seinen Platz.

Haus gut - Probleme mit Vermieter

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erwies sich aus meiner Sicht äußerst Kompliziert und unangenehm. Wir haben die Zufahrt zum Objekt nur anhand der schriftlichen Hinweise des Vermieters geschafft.

Willkommen zu Hause

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, alles war überall zu finden und zur Verfügung was man so braucht und wenn doch nicht, dann war der Besitzer schnell und unbürokratisch zu erreichen. Der Mix aus alt und neu hat uns sehr gefallen, der Garten ist vielleicht noch nicht ganz fertig, aber dennoch ein Traum. Von Kind über Hunde bis hin zu Oma und Opa, wir alle fanden nicht nur den Bachlauf klasse. Und dass sogar 3 Hunde willkommen waren ist woanders nicht selbstverständlich und schon garnicht, dass sie auch noch herzlich vom Besitzer begrüßt werden. Konstruktive Kritik schadet aber ja dennoch nicht und da hätten wir 3 Punkte: - Fliegengitter wären toll, für ruhigere Nächte mit weniger Blutsaugern. - die Handtücher werden bestimmt luftgetrocknet und riechen nach einmaliger Benutzung muffig und trocknen am Haken auch nicht gut nach (Handtuchtrockner wäre was) - der Wasserdruck und das Warmwasser sind etwas spärlich Aber der Rest hat für uns als 8-köpfige Familie mit 3 Generationen gepasst. Es ist vorallem sauber, gut organisiert und gut ausgestattet. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft.

Der Schein trügt

Location war absolut einwandfrei ! Nur... wenn man mit Freunden dieses Haus mietet sollte einem klar sein das nicht alles so easy ist wie es in der Beschreibung steht! Wir waren zwar nicht leise aber keiner war mehr nach 10 Uhr auf der Terrasse, darauf eskalierte es durch die überstrapazierte Beziehung zwischen Nachbar und Vermieter in unsere Richtung dadurch das wir nicht wussten das die Lage schon so ausgereizt war! Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter war nach dem nächtlichen Besuch nicht wirklich förderlich!
