Welcome to our luxurious and modern holiday home in Raubling! The modern, stylish kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook and eat together. The open living and dining room offers enough space for all guests and invites you to relax and feel good. The open fireplace makes every rainy day or cold evening a special moment. On the ground floor you will also find a guest toilet with shower and an office for all your work needs.

The upper floor of the house offers a breathtaking panorama of the mountains. The bedroom for 2 people is stylishly furnished and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape. The large and very modern main bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a free-standing bathtub, ensuring pure relaxation. From the large bathroom you can access the spacious dressing room. A separate toilet with bidet, as well as a children's room for 2 people and a guest room for 2 people with a view of the mountains complete the offering on the upper floor.

In the basement of the house you will find a fitness room, a wellness oasis with a sauna and chill-out area as well as a heated indoor pool and a shower for a welcome cool down. Outside, comfortable seating, loungers and a large pool invite you to relax and linger.

The location of the house in Raubling is ideal for a perfect holiday. Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte dort und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und bietet sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel die beiden Pools. Ebenfalls ist es sehr zentral gelegen und man ist schnell in München oder zum Beispiel am Chiemsee oder Tegernsee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaus in Rosenheim

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Da das Wetter super genial war konnten wir Außenpool täglich nutzen. Ausstattung Haus perfekt, Umzäunung vollständig geschlossen. Haustier geeignet. Wir haben als Familie mit Kind und Hund unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft, uns fehlte es an nichts. Beschreibung trifft genau zu, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Objektes ist in einem Wohngebiet, aber dennoch zentral, Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar und Supermarkt 1,5 km entfernt. Von einigen Zimmern hat man einen Blick auf die schönen Berge. Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie im Juli 2024 eine Woche Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht, und unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es fehlte an nichts, und wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen beim nächsten Urlaub im Raum Raubling gerne wieder. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für diese wunderbare Woche!

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben das Pool genossen. Das einzige, was nicht optimal ist, dass das Poolwasser rüber schwappt und der Boden vor der Sauna richtig nass wird und das muss man immer wieder absaugen. Diese Problematik kann man eigentlich baulich lösen. Ansonsten ist alles so wie in der Inseratsbeschreibung steht.

Das Haus mit seinen ganzen Annehmlichkeiten ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Innen-und Aussenpool, Sauna, Fitnessgeräte, alles top. Der Zustand bei Übernahme war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir buchen öfter Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäuser, so ein perfektes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Nochmals vielen Dank !

Es war wirklich alles wunderbar, das einzige Manko war, dass der Schreibtisch etwas niedrig ist, aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten war das Haus wirklich perfekt und hatte eine sehr stimmige und saubere Inneneinrichtung. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch perfekt. Gerne wieder
