Holiday in beautiful Holstein Switzerland

Enjoy your holiday in our well-kept semi-detached house. This is located in a holiday park directly on Lake Möchneversdorf.

Immediately behind the lake is a forest that invites you to go for a walk.

Only about 1km away is the highest elevation of Schleswig-Holstein, the Bungsberg.

The Baltic Sea beaches Grömitz, Neustadt, Hohewacht and Weißenhäuser beach can be reached in only about 15-20 minutes. In Neustadt, action-lovers as well as families with children get their money's worth in the Hansapark, the largest outdoor park in Schleswig-Holstein. 

In the semi-detached house is a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with double bed and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower.

Parking is available in front of the house.

In addition to the semi-detached house also includes a 300 sqm garden with south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing nature.

The final cleaning fee of 50, - Euro is obligatory and will be charged per stay. In addition, a deposit of 100, - Euro will be charged. This is charged to the electricity and water consumption. The balance will be refunded. 

Electricity 0.35 Euro / kwh, water 5.35 / cbm.

Your dog is welcome, for a fee of € 4.80 per night. For reasons of hygiene, we ask that your four-legged friend not be allowed to enter the upper floor.

Gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit eingezäuntem Garten, daher sehr gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, da für den Aufenthalt dort ein Auto nötig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer reizvollen Landschaft. Vermieter sind sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation top. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (WLAN, Smart TV, Küche, usw.) Für Urlaub mit Hund sehr gut geeignet, Grundstück eingezäunt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein toller Urlaub an der Ostsee !

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt. Ein sehr schöner Garten und ein Kamin für kuschelige Abendes runden das sehr positive Gesamtbild ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters, der auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Ostsee unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Holzhaus zum Wohlfühlen.

Zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Kamin hatten wir trotz vielem Regen nicht gebraucht. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Zu den Stränden max 15 min Fahrt. Bungsberg sehenswert mit Kindern. Ferienpark etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Gemütliches kleines Holzhaus in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Ostsee und den umliegenden Orten der holsteinischen Schweiz (Bad Malente, Eurin etc). Gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man so für einen Ferienhaus-Aufenthalt braucht. Im Winter ist bestimmt auch der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer ein kleines Highlight. Würde das Haus für Paare oder Familien mit Babys/Kindern ab Grundschulalter empfehlen. Mit erkundungsfreudigem Kleinkind wie unserem 2jährigen Sohn braucht man zumindest ein wachsames Auge und starke Nerven, da die Wohnung nicht unmittelbar kindersicher ist (steile Holztreppe direkt am Schlafzimmer, frei zugängliche Putzmittel, Messer und Steckdosen). Ansonsten hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen, auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert.

Schöne Ferien!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und super gelegen, um schnell zu verschiedenen Bademöglichkeiten (Sehlendorf, Grömitz, Travemünde) zu gelangen. Der Waldspielplatz auf dem Bungsberg ist für kleine Kinder ebenfalls gut geeignet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
