This brand new and very large (95 sqm) apartment is very complete and luxuriously equipped. It is located just a few meters from the Brilon market square; the beginning of the Rothaarsteig. It is located in the 2. OG with a beautiful view of the Nikolaikirche and the city center. Despite the central location, it is very quiet. The pedestrian area with many shops, museum, swimming pool and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The kitchen has u. A. via an oven with steamer, a large induction hob, a Gutmann extractor, a large fridge / freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. All electrical appliances are from well-known manufacturers. You will also find in the kitchen a Nespresso coffee machine, a French press machine and an electric milk frother. Matching Nespresso capsules are available in the apartment and can be bought for a small price. My guests also have a small selection of drinks available. White wine, two types of red wine, rose wine, prosecco, beer, cyclists and mineral water can also be purchased at a low price.

The large master bedroom provides a very comfortable and large box spring bed (220 x 200 cm) for a good night's sleep.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm).

In the same room (and still separately) is the living room with its two leather sofas. One of them is electrically adjustable; so that from a sitting position in a jiffy, a comfortable reclining position.
A large Smart TV provides relaxation in the evening.
