Our jewelry box in Durach

Our beautiful, exclusive, newly renovated 2-room apartment on the ground floor is in a quiet location with great views in Durach, 5 km from the city center of Kempten, 20-30 minutes by car. in the mountains, where there are many ski areas to choose from. All facilities for daily needs can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Our sun-drenched "jewelry box" is about 40 square meters with a separate entrance. Nice hours can be spent on the sun terrace accessible from the bedroom and living room (south-west orientation). A grill is available.

The living room
Our jewelry box is best suited for 2 adults + 2 children. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.40x2.00), the living-dining area has a practical layout: 1 sofa bed 1.40x2.00m is in a quieter area, see plan. The modern kitchen with dishwasher is new and well equipped. A television, a music system and WiFi access are also available. A washing machine in her bathroom completes the offer. A baby bed and high chair can be borrowed from us

Our house is a 3 party house. We live there ourselves with 2 children, the grandparents and you! Of course, your apartment has a separate entrance !!

The neighborhood
Great walks and activities can be done from the apartment. For example: Duracher airfield, waterway along the Durach, Bachtelweiher garden, Kempten forest, eating ice cream, great lakes invite you to go for a walk, cross-country skiing, sledding from the front door possible. With the car you are in max. 30 minutes in the mountains (Oberstdorf). The royal palaces can be reached in 30 minutes. Indoor play halls for children and great swimming pools are also not far away.

Public transportation
The nearest bus stop is 1 minute away. Here you can, for example, drive to Kempten every half hour (Allgäu Forum). Durach also has a train station (10 minutes away)
