Laying of the wreaths at Arlington

This was the perfect location and very great property. Will definitely be staying here again in December for the laying of the wreaths at Arlington

Nice place. Needs communicate better

Property is nice & in great location. Add says nothing about parking situation & manager did not answer questions till day before stay, so i had to arrange parking at hotel across street. A good deal via spothero.

Great Location, lacking some important amenities and maintenance.

If you are visiting DC, this is an ideal location. Close to Metro Station and airport. It is clean and has many positives. They had a great TV streaming system and good WIFI. This property is managed by a property management firm. Messages from the property management team were vague, including how you acquire access when you arrive. Had to call them after arriving to finally gain access to the room because they failed to send me an email with a required key code. Our overall impression is the property is not well maintained. That too is a property management problem Following are a few issues: Several issues with the property are fixable with a minor investment. No dressers or suitcase stands in either bedroom. Only towels provided were four large bath towels and one hand towel. We had to buy a couple more hand towels and a couple washcloths for our party of three. Also, no kitchen towels or dish rags in the kitchen. We bought a couple of those too. No condiments (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, etc.). The dishwasher did not work. We had to hand wash all the dishes and the sink stopper in the kitchen sink didn’t fit tight so had to wash dishes with water running. There are floor tiles that are broken or improperly installed. Towel rack in bathroom is loose and needs to be repaired. A little TLC would make this a great place to stay!
