Great location. Close to attractions in DC

The property is in a very convenient location. 15 minutes from the heart of the DC. Good restaurants in the area as well.

Wonderful and convenient

Very strong positive for the entire experience. Off street parking is a plug, but getting into and out of the driveway was a bit of a challenge.

Excellent Location

The apartment reminded me of my first apartment (1980's) out of college in Washington DC. It brought back memories as I was visiting old college friends with my kids while looking at colleges in the DC area.It was a great location. The apartment was clean as it could be. However, the kitchen tile/grout, all trim, paint and floors could use an update (very 1980's except for the TV). Would I stay here again. Yes. It fit our needs.
