Resort Brixen: the holiday village in the Kitzbühel Alps. Our 16 houses in Tyrolean style, form a unit with village character, in which you are guaranteed to feel good! The leisure center with swimming lake, swimming pool, tennis courts and football field is located in the immediate vicinity. In winter you will find on the doorstep the ski lifts of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, and a descent directly to the Resort Brixen! The ski lift with daily lighted slopes is located directly at the resort, and the cross-country ski trail leads right past the resort!

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, so dass der Geschirrspüler erst in Betrieb genommen werden muss, wenn er gefüllt ist. Um Gepäck und Einkäufe zu verladen, sind die Parkplätze komfortabel dicht am Haus. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, in die man gerne nach den täglichen Aktivitäten zurückgekehrt.

Schönes Ferienhaus, aber...

Insgesamt war das Ferienhaus sehr schön, vor allem sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle versprochenen Geräte funktionstüchtig. Allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gehabt zu haben, denn sowohl in den Betten als auch den Handtüchern hatten wir täglich mehrfach Spinnenbesuch, teilweise handtellergroß! Eine Frechheit war außerdem, für einen Waschvorgang im Gemeinschaftswaschraum SIEBEN (7!!!) Euro zu verlangen. Da man nur einen winzigen Wäscheständer zur Verfügung hat, ist man außerdem gezwungen, danach auch noch für FÜNF (5!!!) Euro den Trockner zu benutzen. Für 2 Brötchen und 2 Croissants morgens haben die Damen und Herren außerdem über 8 Euro verlangt. Die Preisgestaltung auf dem Campingplatz ist eine Frechheit!!

Tolle ruhige Lage, direkt im Grünen. Ideal mit Hunden. Saubere Unterkunft, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Kommen gerne nochmal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit her.

Schöne Holzhäuser mit allem drin, was man braucht.

Wir hatten eine tolle (Wander)Woche; das Haus in Brixen im Thale ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt (auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Check-In verlief sehr unkompliziert, vor den Ferienwohnungen gab es ausreichend Parkplätze um sein Auto abstellen und ausräumen zu können. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles machte einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als ausreichend (für unsere 4 köpfige Familie reichte das Geschirr für 1 - 2 Tage bei Vollversorgung in der Ferienwohnung). Die Lage ist spitze, abgelegen zwischen anderen Ferienwohnungen und angrenzend an den Wald/Berg. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 10 Minuten im Ort, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nur 2-3 Minuten. Im Ort waren im Sommer zweimal die Woche Abendveranstaltungen, bei denen immer etwas anderes geboten war. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend sind so vielfältig, dass für jeden etwas dabei ist und sich auch bei mehrwöchigem Aufenthalt keiner langweilt. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte drei TV´s, also ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter für Unterhaltung gesorgt... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Geräumiger und gemütlicher Wohnraum mit Aussicht nach drei Seiten auf das Tal und die Berge. Bad mit Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus oder dicht dabei. Sehr ruhige Lage. Freundliches Personal in der Rezeption. Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so daß das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben kann.
