Based on the photos we thought this place would be pristine, but that was not the case. The townhouse was mediocrely clean, hair all over the shower. The window in the master bedroom didn't close, and with this being close to the train and the airport it made it loud in the room. I contacted the number given and it was AI responses and unable to actually help resolve anything. The blinds were busted up in almost every bedroom. The deadbolt doesn't work, which I find as a safety concern. And the day we were leaving I was sitting in the back enjoying the morning, but the mowers showed up. In my opinion no one should be on the property while I am there but me.

"Dear [Guest Name], Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the pristine standards we strive for, and we deeply regret the frustrations you faced during your stay. Please allow me to address your concerns. First, the lack of cleanliness in the shower is unacceptable, and we have addressed this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure stricter quality control. Regarding the maintenance issues—specifically the window, the broken blinds, and most importantly, the deadbolt—please rest assured that our maintenance team has already repaired the locks to ensure full security, fixed the window to block out exterior noise, and is replacing the blinds. Guest safety and comfort are always our top priorities. I also want to personally apologize for your experience with our communication system. While we use an automated system to provide quick answers to common questions, a live agent should have stepped in immediately to assist you. We are fixing this routing issue so no guest feels unheard again. Finally, we apologize for the intrusion of the landscaping team on your final morning. While they operate on a set neighborhood schedule, we understand it interrupted your peaceful morning, and we will do a better job of communicating these schedules in advance.

The house is nice and clean, and the location is great. However, it is close to the train tracks, so you can hear trains running throughout the night. Bring earplugs or consider a different place if you are a light sleeper. The check-in process was smooth and the host was communicative. While the house has a full kitchen, there was minimal kitchenware, not kitchen towels, no baking sheets, etc making it difficult to cook a meal seamlessly. We had to get creative to prepare breakfast for a group of 8 people. The host asked us to keep the home clean, take care of trash, but only provided one courtesy trash bag for 8 people staying 4 nights — which felt inadequate for the price paid. When we asked for more, they did drop off two additional bags, though they initially offered to charge us for them.As noted in the listing, the house comes with only one towel per person. If you are visiting from out of town and plan on going to the beach, be sure to bring your own beach towels. You might end up having to buy more things to make your stay comfortable as the basic things provided were inadequate for a "home away from home" stay.
