Schöne Ferienwohnung in Zingst

Für 2 Personen ok

Großes Grundstück und Terrasse ist auch groß, nur um auf diese zukommen musste man Möbel im Wohnzimmer rücken und die sind schwer. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Sonst, freundliche Schlüsselübergabe und sauber war es auch.

Der erste Eindruck war leider nicht so gut: bei der geforderten Endreinigungspauschale war in Punkto Sauberkeit deutlich Luft nach oben (Blättert man durchs Gästebuch, ist das nicht das erste Mal). Nach Rücksprache mit der Verwaltungsgesellschaft wurde zügig nachgebessert. Ansonsten ist die FeWo gut ausgestattet und solange man der Radioantenne nicht im Wege stand, konnte man sogar Musik hören. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett. Direkt östlich des Hauses liegt ein großer Parkplatz einer anderen Ferienwohnanlage und daran anschließend mit der Barther Straße eine Hauptzugangsstraße nach Zingst - beides hat aber nicht sehr gestört. Sowohl die Boddenseite (Hafen, Zingster Strom) als auch Fußgängerzone/Ostsee sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der FeWo wohl gefühlt.
