Licht und viel Schatten

Wir waren im September in Zingst. Die Fewo ist Strandnah, aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad sollte saniert werden, um nicht auf dem Stand der 90iger Jahre zu bleiben. Die Betten haben auch schon viele Jahre hinter sich, Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken sollten ebenfalls dringend erneuert werden. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist auf dem Stand der Ersteinrichtung und entspricht nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit. Die zugehörige Terrasse ist ungepflegt, viele Spinnenweben, Unkraut aus den Fugen und Vogelkot auf den Möbeln. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Fahrradschuppen ist zugemüllt mit 2 alten Fahrrädern, einem alten Tisch, einem Strandstuhl, Restfliesen der Erstausstattung etc. Es macht Mühe die eigenen Räder unter zu bringen. Alles in Allem, viel Geld für eine altmodische und abgewohnte Fewo, nur zum Teil zu empfehlen.

Urlaub in Zingst

Gut, nah am Meer und sehr ruhig, Ausstattung(z.B. Sonnenschirm) und tw. Sauberkeit(Bad, Terasse,..) könnten noch etwas besser sein. Ansonsten aber schön.
