New, high quality, comfortable, cozy, lovingly furnished 3 room apartment for 4 people, WiFi
- Equipped with solid wood furniture in the bedroom
- only NR, small dogs on request,
- 65sqm living space, south-facing balcony with garden furniture and west wind cover,
- Fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes for 12 people)
- Living / dining area with LCD TV, blue player, MP3 / CD player (USB connection) and cozy seating area, fireplace
The bedroom and children's room can be darkened !!!
all rooms are equipped with insect protection !!!
- master bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) + 1.50m wide closet, children's bedroom with 2 separate beds (0.9 x 2.0m each) + 1.50m wide closet + shelf + TV + DVD - Player + foldable changing mat

- Incl. 1 parking space for cars and bicycle shed in front of the door, handcart in the shed
Bed linen and towels can be rented for EUR 13.00 per person.

Carrycot + children's toilet glasses + pot, travel cot available.
For the final cleaning 90.00 will be charged, for cleaning after visiting animals 120.00 euros.

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet. Man findet eine komplett und im Detail liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Dadurch konnten wir uns mit Kind schnell einrichten/organisieren. ;-) Die Lage war für uns mit Kleinkind in der Nähe zum Strand und der ruhigen Umgebung grandios. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und ein Bollerwagen rundete unseren Aufenthalt ab. Die ungenügende Reinigung ist sehr schade. Das tut uns für den Gastgeber persönlich leid. Wir haben da 2 Sterne abgezogen.

Auch im Winter schön

Wir waren mit 4 Personen über den Jahreswechsel zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in allen Räumen geschmackvoll und praktisch und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ( auch Geschirr, Gläser, Küchengeräte sehr gut). Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise war unkomplizierter und sehr freundlich organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage nahe dem Meer. Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es hatte alles was man braucht. Sie ist hell und gemütlich. Parkplatz vorhanden und sogar ein abschliessbarer Aussenabstellraum für Fahrräder. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, hell und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig am Ostende von Zingst, zum Strand sind es ca. 400m, Strandkörbe kann man im benachbarten Hotel "Zum Strand" anmieten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Schuppen, in dem man Fahrräder unterstellen kann. Zum nächsten Supermarkt und Bäcker sind es 5min zu Fuß, ebenso zu mehreren Fahrradvermietungen. Das WLAN ist etwas langsam, läuft aber stabil. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Lieber Gast, ich danke Ihnen für die Bewertung. Anmerken möchte ich nur, dass es 200 m zum Strandaufgang 7 sind. Das derzeitige WLAN ist die bestmögliche Geschwindigkeit, die in ganz Zingst zu haben ist. Auch wir hoffen, dass es bald zu einer positiven Entwicklung kommt. Bis jetzt waren unsere Gäste damit zufrieden und haben Ruhe und Entspannung genossen.

Rundum Urlaub und Erholung

Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich urlaubsfreundlich eingerichtet, sauber, ordentlich und großzügig ausgestattet. Wir haben keinerlei Küchenausstattung vermisst und es sind auch Spiele, Spielzeug, (Kinder-)DVDs, (Kinder-)Bücher und vieles mehr vorhanden. Strand, Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Hafen sind in Laufweite. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist freundlich, unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und nimmt einem alle Sorgen (z.B. Kurkarte besorgen) ab.

Urlaub an der Ostsee in Zingst

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht. Es ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Es steht ein kleiner Schuppen zur Verfügung, für Fahrräder und es ist sogar ein Bollerwagen da.

Zingst- Erholungsurlaub im Juni

Wir haben die liebevoll eingerichtete gepflegte Wohnung eine Woche genossen. Das Equipment war vollständig und von entsprechender Qualität. Die Ostsee ist sehr nah und zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben das Haus und die umliegende Bebauung einen hohen Standard, so dass der Blick aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon aus immer belohnt wird. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
