About this property

"VERWEILZEIT" - New apartment on the Schauinsland

New lovingly furnished apartment with about 54 m² with modern facilities at the foot of the Schauinsland.
Your accommodation is located in the village of Hofsgrund, a small Black Forest town at about 1000 m altitude.
In winter you can expect a beautiful snowscape with direct opportunities for skiing (lifts about 300 m), toboggan run and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Also very nice winter hiking trails are available.
In summer, you can grill right next to the house on a beautiful terrace next to a stream, chill out and just let your mind wander. You have the possibility directly from the house to explore our beautiful landscape on well-described trails. The Feldberg with wonderful rest stops and a wide branching hiking area is nearby. Also for bikers very appealing (annual big event is the Ultra Bike in Kirchzarten). Motorcyclists have the opportunity to enjoy their passion to the fullest.
The Black Forest city Freiburg im Breisgau with the Freiburg Minster, a daily beautiful market and the beautiful old town can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. But you can also do this conveniently with bus and train and the Konuskarte prepared for you. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The proximity to France and Switzerland complete our beautiful location.
The apartment was completed in 2018 and furnished with much love and dedication by us. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Dishes and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. Bedding and towels are included. In the bathroom you are expected by a rain shower. The apartment is equipped with a modern infrared heater. Wifi and TV available. We can provide you with a cot and high chair. The apartment can be occupied by up to 4 people (over 2 people please contact the landlord).
Your fresh baked goods and staple foods can be purchased daily in our bakery directly in the village.
Please also a separate request to the landlord regarding a pet.

The final cleaning fee of 40.00 euros and the resulting fee for a pet of 5 euros per day are payable directly to the landlord.

Supe liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die nichts vermissen ließ. Sogar frische Blumen und eine Flasche Wein warteten auf uns. Die Lage ist klasse. Direkt hinter dem Haus kann man loswandern und die Bushaltestelle ist auch vor der Tür. Lediglich zum Einkaufen muss man ein bisschen fahren. Wir können die Wonung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett.

Toll ausgestattete, geräumige und saubere FeWo. Gastgeber kennt sich süper in der Region aus und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen; immer ein freundlicher Ansprechpartner, wenn es Fragen zum Aufenthalt gibt. Einziger Nachteil der FeWo: sie liegt im Erdgeschoss, hat keinen direkten Blick in die Umgebung. Aber man will ja nicht in der Wohnung hocken, sondern die Umgebung kennen lernen. Und da ist man sofort mitten im Schwarzwald, zB. Schauinsland. Die Bushaltestelle mit stündlichen Abfahrten liegt nur ca. 100m entfernt - Ideal.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und hat selbst keine nennenswerte Aussicht, aber man kann direkt vom Haus aus den Berg hochlaufen und ist in der Natur. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit sich am Gartenhaus auf eine Bank am Bach zu setzen. Die Vermieter sind nett.

Schöne Auszeit in der Verweilzeit

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Hansjörg und Petra sind sehr freundliche und immer erreichbare Vermieter. Es war ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Schweiz, ins Elsass und die wunderschöne Umgebung im Schwarzwald. Der perfekte Urlaub nach unseren Vorstellungen

Wir haben in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung nichts vermisst. Die Möglichkeit der kostenlosen Nutzung des ÖPNV motiviert zum Besuch unterschiedlichster Ausflugsziele, an denen es schon im näheren Umkreis nicht mangelt. Der Bäcker und die Gaststätte sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Ein großer Dank gilt den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern, die uns gute Tipps gaben.
