This level Features parking for up to 5 vehicles – 2 covered & 3 driveway spaces. The pool area, mini-golf course, ping pong, BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 2 living levels above can be found here.

The First Living Level (2nd Floor):

This level Features a Club Room with amazing amenities, balcony access, and Gulf views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor. All 3 of these bedrooms have Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 1 features a King Bed, TV, Balcony Access with Gulf Views, a large walk-in closet, and an oversized master bath with shower and a freestanding bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a King bed, TV, his/her closets, rear balcony access with pool and city views, and en suite baths with walk-in showers. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this level.

Second Living Level (3rd Floor)

Here, you'll find the Main Great Room with Gulf Views. This room features a Large Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table for 12, Island Bar Top Table for 8, and Balcony Dining for 8, and a comfortable Living Room. The Balcony on this level has wide open Gulf Views and the spiral staircase access to the Roof Top Deck for even better views! There are 3 Bedrooms on this floor. All 3 of these bedrooms have Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 4) features a King Bed, TV, Balcony Access with Gulf Views, 2 closets, and an oversized bath with walk-in shower. Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
