Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment – a Mediterranean retreat nestled in the heart of Cochem’s picturesque old town. Spanning 90 sqm, this elegant space is located in a historic townhouse dating back to 1896 – a place full of charm and character, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers stylish, high-quality furnishings and everything you need for a carefree holiday. Two cozy bedrooms, a light-filled living room, and a modern, fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with dishwasher and a charming country-style dining area for six invite you to feel at home.

The larger bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two premium cold foam single mattresses (90 x 200 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. A quiet ceiling fan ensures restful nights in the warmer months. The second bedroom also has a quality double bed (160 x 200 cm), a firm cold foam mattress, and ample storage – again with a whisper-quiet ceiling fan.

The generous living room includes a comfortable sofa set for 5–6 people, a flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth tower for your entertainment.

In the modern kitchen, nothing is missing – cook, relax, and enjoy meals together at the large dining table with space for six.

A daylight bathroom with washing machine adds further convenience.

And the highlight: the spacious rooftop terrace, shared with one other holiday apartment, offering a beautiful view of the vineyard rising behind the house – a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of Moselle wine at sunset.

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic old town house dating back to 1896. For this reason, climbing stairs is necessary.

Due to its location in the historic town center, there is no parking available at the house. You can conveniently park at the City Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away, for only 5.00 euros per day
