Kick back and spread out in two inviting living areas, including a theater-style Entertainment Room boasting an 83" Samsung Smart TV with immersive surround sound—perfect for movie marathons or game-day viewing.

Step into the private backyard oasis, now upgraded with a cozy propane fire pit and string lights that create the perfect evening glow. Sip wine or enjoy a family game night with jumbo Jenga and cornhole—you’ll never want to leave.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put towels in washing machine to be started by staff.
Please moved furniture back in is original positioning.
Ensure all propane tanks(grill and fire pit) are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
15 person max occupancy in the home. There is a $30/person/nt fee for extra guest noted on property overnight. This fee doesn't welcome extra guest.
There is a $500 fee for unauthorized parties. Eviction from the property will be immediate.
Anyone in home 1 hr past check out time(11am) will be charged an extra nightly rate. This doesn't allow you to stay. You'll need to exit the property.

Beautiful home and very spacious. Check in was easy and it was easy to communicate with the host. My family of 5 and my brother’s family of 3 stayed and we had plenty of room. We have family that lives in Killeen. Will stay again if available next visit.

This house was an amazing home away from home to enjoy time with our family.

We absolutely appreciated our welcome note upon our arrival. There was plenty room for all of us and we definitely enjoyed the theater room. Everything we needed was supplied and the grill outside was definitely a nice feature to cook for the family. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to stores and restaurants. We definitely would recommend this property.

Eclipse stay

We were there to experience the total eclipse.The back yard was fenced and had a patio set that made it easy to enjoy the eclipse. FANTASTIC! The home was beautiful and super clean. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Khara and Ben were excellent hosts and fast to respond to all communication. We had a great stay.

This property was amazing. Very clean, the host went over and beyond to ensure the house was maculate. There were refreshments, chips, pretzels, coffee and pods. A note greeting us. The one issue was the coffee pot and the owner was prepared to fix immediately. He was in constant communication. We would return and recommend this property to anyone.
