Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and visit Paradise Point. The property is surrounded by water allowing you to soak up the unbelievable beauty of Lake Norman. This newly remodeled property includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. But the main attraction is the expansive terrace, pool and spa with plenty of entertainment options for all your friends and family, which by the way are only steps away from the private pier and dock where you have easy access to fishing, swimming or lounging in the sun.
You may choose to bring your own boat or contact owner and we can arrange for you to rent a Pontoon. Adding a boat gives you access to many lakefront restaurants, bars, grills and the opportunity to explore over 500 miles of Lake Norman shoreline.
After enjoying a day on the lake gather around the hot tub in the evening for some relaxatation with family and friends. Make your reservation today .

Wonderful place for family memories

The house was as pictured. The pool was enjoyed by everyone in our family. We brought our own boat and enjoyed spending time on the lake as well. The owner is friendly and communication was great. We had a great stay!

We had the best time during our trip to Lake Norman. Beautiful home, amazing pool and outdoor space. We could not have asked for a more relaxing trip! Derrick was an amazing host and was so easy to communicate with!

Love - pool and spa are awesome! Dock access to the Lake is super convenient. The house is very comfortable. Host is accessible and nearby, but respects your privacy. Seriously…this pool/spa is an 11. The house is very comfortable. The spiral staircase to the upper level would be a challenge for some, but it’s an interesting lake house feature. We would definitely stay here again!

Celebrating our 50th year with our family! Our stay at Paradise Point Lake house with a pool and hot tub was very enjoyable with our family. Rented a Pontoon boat and went skiing, water boarding, tubing, water boarding and kayaking!

Great vacation!

Beautiful lakefront property on a quiet cove! Clean and comfortable! Derrick was very responsive when we experienced a weather related power outage and was great with checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful setting and a pool is a plus

We had a very nice time for our first trip to the lake. The home was very well taken care of and the owner was so on top of everything. He went above and beyond defiantly not what we have experienced with other owners. Can’t wait to come again

Relaxing Vacation at Lake Norman

Our vacation at this property was very relaxing and beautiful. The home and the property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, dock, whirlpool, and outdoor shelter. Derrick, the property manager, was very easy to work with. He responded to any needs we had in a timely fashion. Great vacation for my whole family. I would definitely recommend this property!

Serene Lake Retreat

Relaxing stay on Lake Norman for my hubby’s birthday. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. First full night sleep my husband has had in months! The hosts Derrick and Tracy are absolutely adorable and so helpful. Will most definitely be back!

SML Peninsula View Hot Spot

Great Stay and awesome owners. We loved Bella also. The pool / hot tub was also really nice. The view and landscaping around the house was beautiful. The owners keep the house perfect. We enjoyed our time there for sure. My mother was with us who is elderly and the property was ok for her to get around. The rooms were also very well appointed. Im so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay at their fine home on the lake.

Awesome Vacation

This home is beautiful with wonderful upgraded features! We had so much fun staying here for a few days. The view is extraordinary!!! We did see the owner every day, which made us wonder if they were actually okay renting out their home, or if they just spend a lot of time there often. The owner was lovely and very kind, it just seemed slightly odd.

Clean and well appointed

This property was well maintained, clean and well appointed. We were 4 adults and 2 teens and we had plenty of space. It was a good stay in a comfortable home in a beautiful setting. Lake Norman and the views and the neighborhood were terrific. Kitchen had plenty of pans, plates and silver We were comfortably happy. We really loved the electric lounge sofas and the outdoor spaces. BONUS: We went to Defined Coffee nearby. It was a great little coffee shop.

Memories to last a lifetime!

Our family spent 10 days in North Carolina. We saw beaches, rivers, incredible sights and experiences that we all loved. But from the moment we arrived at the Lakehouse, we didn’t want to leave! It is truly a place of serenity and calm. We have 4 sons, ranging in ages from 11-18, and all of them were in their element. There was so much to do right out the back door. The home is spacious and clearly loved by its owners. Every inch of the property was cared for, clean, and beautiful. We are so grateful for the memories we made as a family while at the Lakehouse!

Relaxing vacation

We stayed at Paradise Point the first week of August. The house and amenities were exactly as advertised on the listing. The owner was super responsive and only lived down the road if needed for anything. We loved the pool and hot tub especially at night. We rented a boat from Lake Effects and they delivered the boat and picked up and also offered 3 complimentary water sports options. The house had all of the essentials and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to stay home and cook. Overall a really nice experience and would highly recommend.

A Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking lake views and the peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful Lake Home

We really enjoyed our time at this lake home. The pool, hot tub and lake views were amazing. We felt safe here, and the extra security on the patio doors was really awesome and the two year old was not able to get out ! We will stay here again if the opportunity allows it! Thanks so much!
