The apartment apartments are in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the Jasmund National Park. The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historical villa, which was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant in earlier times. The facility, opened in 2004, has 12 high-quality apartments (1 to 2 rooms, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, elevator, underground car park - duplex parking system only for cars, panorama of the Baltic Sea) and are suitable for spatial division also for family friends. Rügen lohnt sich
Schönes Appartement, sauber und voll ausgestattet. Alles hat gut funktioniert, nur der Funkschlüssel für die Garage hat Schwächen.
