A full bathroom is located off the main hallway, and the kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate, skillet, toaster oven, and essential cookware (no full stove or oven). High-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and the added privacy of a top-floor location make it especially well suited for mid-term and extended stays.

Pets are welcome (up to two dogs or cats for $40 per pet, per stay), and on-site coin-operated laundry provides convenience for longer visits. Parking includes shared off-street spaces available on a first-come basis, along with free street parking nearby. Located close to Falls Park, Downtown Sioux Falls, Sanford and Avera hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this unit is perfect for guests who plan to spend their time working, exploring, or visiting the area.
