Cozy apartment for 2 persons on the outskirts of Dresden

Cozy 44 square meters apartment in the 2nd Floor of a town house on the edge of Dresden. The house is conveniently located, so you can easily walk to the city center of Dresden by tram or bus. Shops are within walking distance.
The apartment consists of: bathroom with shower and toilet, living-bedroom with 1 double bed, the living room with TV connects to the fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have Internet access via Wifi. Pets are not allowed. We are an absolute non-smoking house. Unfortunately, all good reviews from WIMDU are deleted.
For the price plus the valid from the city accommodation tax, to inquire with me and to settle on the spot.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fanden eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Da wir eine super Anbindung an Bus und S-Bahn hatten, konnten wir stressfreie Tage ohne Auto genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Netter Gastgeber, tolle Lage

Wir waren für 12 Nächte vor Ort, weil unsere Wohnung noch renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad sehr gepflegt und neu. Frank ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, mit dem man über alles reden kann.Einziges Manko war die Angabe einer Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück, welche nicht vorhanden war. In der Umgebung findet man aber immer einen Parkplatz.

Gemütliche, gut angebundene Wohnung

Diese Wohnung war super. Gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Gehminuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und ca. 8 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn mega angebunden und auch Auto-los zu empfehlen.

Ich habe mit meiner Freundin einen Kurzurlaub in Dresden gemacht und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht aus der Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist herrlich und dadurch dass es etwas außerhalb der Stadt ist, war es auch super ruhig. Trotzdem ist die Lage auch optimal da man mit Bus oder Straßenbahn in 20 min in der Altstadt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Frank war einfach und problemlos. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl bei Herrn Uhlig, alles war sehr sauber, warm beheizt und Top gepflegt. Herr Uhlig macht gerne jeden Spaß mit und ist immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Man kann mit ihm über alles reden und Reisetipps bekommen. Ich komme gerne wieder vorbei. LG Franz

Zur Straßenbahn ,Buslinie und ein Einkaufsmarkt war nur 10 Minuten entfernt von der FW.In 15 Min waren wir in der Alt Stadt von Dresden.Museum ,Schiffahrt, und Bummel durch die Innenstadt unternommen.War alles sehr interessant.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung südlich von Dresden

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der uns gute Tips für unsere Unternehmungswünsche geben konnte. Die Buchung war etwas kompliziert, da wir von unterwegs keinen Mailzugang hatten, es hat dann aber alles gut geklappt. Für elektrosensible Menschen ist eventuell wichtig zu wissen, dass das Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe von Hochspannungsleitungen liegt. Herzlichen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt!

Kultur in Dresden

Eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß und Anbindung an den ÖPNV in der Nähe. Ideal für Wochenendreise Städtekurzurlaub. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder dort buchen.
