The 25sqm large and tastefully furnished 1 room apartment has a single bed and a sofa bed. There is also a small counter with a stool to eat, and a desk.

The small quiet town of Oberrussenried near Neukirch is located in a charming recreational area in the hinterland of Lake Constance.

Here you can relax with a good glass of red wine or try a schnapps from the in-house distillery.

For shared use, you can also:

- a light-flooded winter garden with a cozy seating area
- a barbecue area under a large walnut tree
- A large play and sunbathing area, including deck chairs, for relaxing and sunbathing
- Washer and dryer can be used for a fee

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war in jeglicher Hinsicht die pure Freude. Aufgrund kurzfristig eingetretener Umstände, bekamen wir vom super sympathischen FeWo-Vermieter eine wunderschöne und vor allem deutlich größere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt als ursprünglich gebucht. Am Preis hatte sich nichts geändert, es gab keine Erhöhung o.ä. Die Wohnung war top gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet, und hatte obendrein noch einen tollen Blick vom großzügigen Balkon in die Berge zu bieten. Wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, denn dieser Aufenthalt war im ganzen Umfang komplett empfehlenswert.

Sehr schön, sehr ruhig, aber abseits

Statt des kleinen 1-Zimmer Appartements haben wir eine große Wohnung mit 2 SZ bekommen. Platz war also ausreichend vorhanden. Auch an Inventar und in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Allerdings gibt es kein Geschäft auch keine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Wangen ca. 14km, Lindau und Friedrichshafen braucht man etwa 30 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich.

Doch , einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt gibt es in Neukirch (ca. 2 km ). In dem kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt ist eine Metzgerei , Bäcker , eine Postfiliale und eine kleine Sitzecke zum Kaffee trinken. Die nächsten größeren 7 Einkaufsmärkte ( wie Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl und Norma usw.) sind ca. 8 km entfernt in Tettnang.

Es ist sehr viel Natur, ruhig und sehr angenehme Vermieter Familie. Die nächste Kleinstadt ist in 12 Minuten erreichbar.
