'Moin Moin' until good day,
Now it could start with the vacation planning, because I offer here my bright, sun-flooded apartments, just behind the 'Waterkant', as rental properties.
The house SONNENSEGLER was built in 1888 and is therefore in the elderly age of about 130 years. It has thus survived several storms, storm surges and people.
The two apartments are called "LUV" and LEE ". These terms are sailor language and describe the direction in which the "sailor" faces the wind. The "Sonnensegler" with its two homes has 8 berths in which a total of up to 8 crew members can be accommodated.
The apartment 'LEE' with Art Nouveau charm is located in the middle floor (1. Floor), has about 50 square meters with 3 rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom. The living room or bedroom can be connected or separated with a hinged door.
The apartment 'LUV' 'is in the attic (2 floor) is different but no less charming - has about 45 square meters with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The 'sophisticated' living room has lake views, a woodburning stove and bay window.
On the ground floor live the contact persons who are there for you.
To the beach (Grimmershörn) there are Luftline no 300 m.
Non smoking domizieliel - animals on request.
Kitesurfing: Due to low tide and high tide a good area for practicing - there is a school in the immediate vicinity of the Kugelbake.
General: The belonging to Lower Saxony district town Cuxhaven is located at the mouth of the Elbe directly on the North Sea on the so-called "Weltschiffartsweg". Cuxhaven may call itself 'North Sea Spa', an official rating with the highest demands on air quality. Decisive for the good air is the almost peninsular location Cuxhaven between the open sea and the great estuary of the Elbe and the Wadden Sea. The mudflats in front of the city are a unique habitat. The mudflats, tides, tides and high tides belong to Cuxhaven, as the water to the sea. The Tide determines so far many beach activities and "mudflats" is a fixed term here. The offshore island of Neuwerk can be reached via a 12 km long mudflat hiking trail either on foot or by Watt wagon or at high tide by boat. Neuwerk belongs today with the islands Scharhörn and Nigehörn to the nature park mud flats. Approximately 30 inhabitants counts the island.
