Schöner Urlaub in Cuxhafen

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Netter und guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Direkt am Deich

Es waren alle Ziele gut zu erreichen. Auto braucht man die ges. Zeit nicht. Die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig ( leider). Das die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt haben wir leider erst 3 Tage vor Anreise erfahren. Eine Dusche war auch nicht vorhanden man musste in der Wanne knien und das war sehr schlecht wegen der schräge!!!

Ich würde weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage ist einfach Top! Strand in 100 Meter! In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht! Genug Schlafplätze für 5 Leute, wir waren aber nur 3 , perfekt 😉

Hält nicht, was es verspricht!

Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss Und Treppenhaus absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Küche alt, Holz aufgeweicht, Spinnweben hinter Boiler, Fliesen lösen sich, Verletzungsgefahr, Fensterrahmen schimmelig, allgemein Wohnung staubig und nicht gründlich gereinigt, Staubwolken unter dem Bett, Badezimmer riecht nach Toilette, etc. Liste könnte unendlich fortgeführt werden. Unpraktisch für Familien ohne Kinder ist, dass das Kinderschlafzimmer vor der Haustür liegt. Somit haben wir eine Woche mit offener Haustür geschlafen. Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert, auch wenn sie direkt hinter dem Damm von Grimmershörn liegt. Achtung Strandhaus Döse ist mit dem Fahrrad noch 3km entfernt.

Die Wohnung wird in der kommenden Nebensaison grundlegend renoviert und saniert. Dazu gehören u.a. neue Fenster – neue Küche – neue Bodenbeläge sowie eine Schiebetür vom Wohnraum in das Mansarden - Kinderzimmer. Über den Standort hat sich bisher noch nie jemand beschwert. Es gibt halt bei allem immer ein erstes Mal.

schöner Aufenthalt direkt hinter dem Deich

wir haben die eine Woche in der gemütlichen DG Whg. genossen, die durch ihre zentrale Lage überzeugte,alles gut auch per Rad erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Buchung und der Check-in war absolut unkompliziert. Wir wurden freundlich aufgenommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war nicht picobello sauber (etwas Fett in der Küche und uns sind ein paare Haare im Bad aufgefallen), aber das konnte den wunderschönen Kurztrip nicht im Wert mindern. Lage absolut 101%. Kommen gerne wieder.
