Guests have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located behind the Bayfront condo buildings. It is available for fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Condo 216 has a sea-themed and decorated bedroom with a king bed. It leads out to a private balcony overlooking the canal. There is a queen pullout sofa in the living room. There are full-sized appliances in the kitchen and it is stocked with dishware, cookware, utensils and other amenities.
