In the center of the wonderful Remstalgartenschau 2019! You live comfortably and stylishly right in the historic old town of Schwäbisch Gmünd, in the traffic-calmed area, just a few meters from the beautiful market square. The 49 square meter apartment is located in a listed building, 2019 completely refurbished and renovated. The high-quality equipment and the charm of the old house will turn your holiday into a dream holiday in the heart of the Staufer town. The apartment has a high quality and well equipped kitchen with adjoining cozy dining area. The hand-planed oak floor and the wooden beamed ceiling create a particularly comfortable atmosphere. And the walls, which are only renovated with natural materials (loam and lime), ensure a healthy indoor climate. Individual furniture and beautiful accessories make you feel at home right from the start. In the bathroom with the natural stone wall and the old preserved wooden beams, underfloor heating ensures a special sense of well-being and relaxation. The apartment also has a small balcony overlooking the King's Tower and the Zeiselberg. Enjoy a cappuccino from the Nespresso machine or a glass of wine or soft drinks from the "mini-bar", which we have ready for you at your own cost. A TV and private Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. On the ground floor there is a traditional wine shop with local and international wines, as well as delicacies in the assortment. The house is located in the traffic-calmed area.

Highly recommend

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and ideally located. Ute was easy to contact and very responsive. I would stay here again in future visits. The only additional information that is worth noting is that there's a neighbor who claims that ordinary sounds from the apartment can be heard next door. Thus, the apartment may be best suited for guests who are relatively quiet.

Schickes Apartment in einem historischen Gebäude

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und technisch tipptopp. Zudem besticht die zentrale Lage: zum einen ist man nach wenigen Minuten auf schönen Radwegen ins Umfeld und andererseits kann man abends sich kulinarisch treiben lassen und kurzfristig entscheiden. Wir haben die 14 Tage Radurlaub sehr genossen.

Wunderbar!

Wunderbares Anwesen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns ein unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken ermöglicht. Sehr praktisch gelegen im Herzen der Altstadt. Von hier aus sind es zu Fuß höchstens 15 Minuten zu jedem beliebigen Ort. Wenn wir die Gelegenheit dazu haben, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in der wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Es hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Schwäbisch Gmünd ist ein schönes Städtchen mit vielen leckeren Einkehrmöglichkeiten, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Da wir konsequent schlechtes Wetter in Form von Dauerregen hatten, haben wir die Umgebung nur ein wenig erkundet. Der Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Falls wir nochmal Lust auf Schwäbisch Gmünd haben, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung wohnen :)

Das Apartment hat ein schönes, altertümliches Ambiente. Die Kücheneinrichtung als auch die weitere Technik ist jedoch sehr modern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich; beim Wäschewechsel gab es jeweils eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Ein kostenloser Autostellplatz wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung gestellt.

Topmodern in der Altstadt

Das Apartment befindet sich 200 Meter vom Marktplatz entfernt, ist dabei sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin hat in einem Jahrhunderte alten Haus einen modernen, funktional prima untergliederten Raum geschaffen, der seine Tradition (Balken, Schriftzüge, sichtbare Natursteine) zum Hingucker macht. Ein- und Ausladen direkt am Haus, Parkhaus 400 Meter entfernt. (Schwäbisch Gmünd und Umgebung bieten mehr, als man vermutet.)

Sehr schön renovierte Altbauwohnung. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und wir wurden durch die nette Vermieterin herzlich empfangen. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung-ein fehlender Stellplatz- ergibt sich durch die Altstadtlage. Dafür wohnt man aber sehr zentral und kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter!
