About this property

Beautiful 3.5 room apartment with feel-good atmosphere

In a quiet location, in second row of flats, this beautiful and well maintained 3.5 room apartment is located in Göppingen-Bartenbach.
A total of approximately 83 square meters of living space spread over an open, bright and spacious living-dining area with a west-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen, fully renovated in 2018 shower room and separate toilet. Furthermore, the two beautiful bedrooms, each with their own access to the second, east-facing, balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. In a niche in the dining area there is a sofa bed, on the other 2 people can sleep.
The following additional amenities we can offer: a private car parking space, satellite TV, private Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. Bed linen and towels are included in the price per night and are changed weekly. For a stay of more than 7 days, a weekly cleaning of the apartment. On demand, a washing machine and dryer can be provided. The final cleaning is included in the room rate.

Bartenbach is a suburb 4 kilometers from Göppingen and offers with its immediate proximity to nature a unique and quiet living comfort. The connection to public transport is good and all sights around Göppingen can be reached in a few minutes. Stuttgart and Ulm can each be reached in 45 minutes.
For pets, we ask for prior consultation.

Wir haben die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit der guten Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Mit Hilfe von Büchern und Karten konnten wir unsere Touren und Wanderungen gut planen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen unseres Kurztrips war die schwüle Hitze.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in wunderschöner Landschaft

Diese Wohnung hatte alles, was man so braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen wie auch, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster mit Balkon (Morgensonne!) sah man über grüne Streuobstwiesen bis zum Horizont, in der Ferne schlängelte sich das Band der Landstraße, sie war mäßig befahren und entweder gar nicht oder zeitweise nur sehr entfernt zu hören. Vom Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (Nachmittags- u. Abendsonne) sah man in umliegende Gärten. Wanderwege durch Wiesen und Felder begannen schon am Haus. Frau Steiner war sehr herzlich.und schuf eine gute Atmosphäre im Haus. Matratzen waren weich, aber gerade (nicht durch gelegen). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Göppingen war nicht weit entfernt, wir sind einmal dorthin durch Wiesen u. Wald gelaufen (ca.1 Stunde), es fährt aber auch stündlich ein Bus. Im Nachbardorf gibt es Edeka, Aldi und Lidl (10 Minuten Fußweg durch den Park). Auch Gaststätten sind in der Nähe, wir waren im Waldhorn (Wangen) u. im Haus am Park, bei uns um die Ecke. Beide Lokale kann man empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort heimelig gefühlt, es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung und eine ebenso schöne Umgebung.

Toll zum Entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen

Die Gegend ist ganz ruhig und die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin, nur zu empfehlen. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind auch zu finden.
