Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage at Bay Camp, a 360 acre private retreat at the edge of the city limits of Port St. Joe and just a couple of miles from the St. Joseph's Bay. You are a short drive from the beaches of Cape San Blas, St. Joe Beach, Indian Pass and Mexico Beach. There is 9 acres of pasture, there is plenty of room to park your boat! Whether you are looking for a family vacation, a romantic get-away or a weekend scalloping or fishing trip, we've got you covered!

The livingroom, dining and kitchen areas are in the middle of the cottage and each end has a bedroom and bathroom. This cute cottage is freshly renovated with white shiplap walls, coastal blue and tan plank flooring, all new kitchen and bathrooms, fresh new porches and large fixed pane windows that look out over a spectacular grove of live oaks in the back yard.

Bay Camp is very private and quiet but close enough to town to drive your golf cart to dinner. The only neighbors are the owners who also live on the property. The Bay Camp Cottage is a lovingly restored vintage mobile home / beach cottage. It is very cute and modern coastal with shiplap walls and all new everything on the inside. You will love Bay Camp!

Great time had by all

Beautiful relaxing property. Owners were wonderful and responsive. Beautiful house and everything is as pictured. Would recommend to anyone.

We live part time in North Georgia where we own and operate Willow Creek Farm, a farm and wedding venue about 1 1/2 hours N. of Atlanta. When the opportunity came to purchase Bay Camp, we jumped on it! Our family loves Port St. Joe and the neighboring beaches of Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach and we hope you love it too! Our dream is to turn Bay Camp into a full scale "Camp" with cabins and fun amenities for our guests and this lovingly renovated vintage mobile home/cottage is step one of our plan. We hope you love Bay Camp as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

You will love Bay Camp because the cottage is super cozy and comfortable. The interior is all brand new with high end custom tiled showers, super comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen accessories and a large porch for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. Our property is very private but we are convenient to town at the same time.

We own 9 acres and have 350 acres surrounding us leased from the St. Joe Company. There are no other properties like this in Port St. Joe. Bay Camp is at the edge of the city limits of Port St. Joe yet, it is completely private and tranquil. Bay Camp is centrally located between Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach, the two most beautiful beaches on the forgotten coast.
