Mauna Lani Fairways 1004 is a new-to-market two-story townhome in a prime location in the Mauna Lani Resort with Auberge Fitness Center Access. This curated vacation home will delight guests with brand-new (2022) furnishings and decor in a tranquil coastal aesthetic, a large BBQ on your lanai for grilling, and your own private garage. Guests of 1004 will also receive complimentary access to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club as an exclusive benefit of the homeowners membership. The home boasts some of the most picturesque green golf fairway views and enjoys a superior location within the Fairways development along the perimeter of the North Course golf fairway, facing towards the ocean.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has partial ocean views, a private ocean-facing lanai, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a spacious, newly purchased (2022) sofa sleeper than can be converted to a queen size bed upon request to accommodate 2 additional people. The guest bedroom, located down the hallway upstairs, has a king size bed.

The spacious downstairs has high loft ceilings, a living room with an HDTV and a fully stocked chef's kitchen. A laundry room is also located on the first floor, along with a half bathroom.

Fairways 1004 is located a short distance away from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on the Big Island. Enjoy modern living and relaxed solitude at this dream escape!

**Guests staying at Fairways at Mauna Lani 1004 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 5/21/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.

Beautiful view and comfortable stay

This was a very comfortable stay. House was very clean and well maintained. Had all key amenities which was helpful for a family stay. Check-in process was very easy and we had great time staying in the house with the great view towards the golf course.

Fairways Comfort

This property was great for our 4 person family! Comfortable condo as advertised. This is the best of the Fairways condos that we have stayed in over the 5 years. Look forward to returning in 2025.
