Private Mauna Lani Residence with Pool
Aloha and Welcome to Kulalani in Mauna Lani Resort, your home-away from home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kulalani shares a two-acre world class amenity center with the neighboring KaMilo complex that offers a large lagoon pool, a lap pool, two hot tubs, exercise facilities, and a large, covered barbecue pavilion. With beautiful landscaping throughout, lush garden and mountain views, you will surely feel as though you have discovered the true definition of paradise.
Residence #2003 has been beautifully renovated to provide the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. An open floor plan, tall ceiling, calming color palette, and ample natural light create a relaxing environment for you to call home. The spacious and private lanai is just off the living area and features a dining table and gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying an evening at home. The living and dining areas have been freshly painted with new luxury vinyl flooring and offer plenty of space to enjoy a meal or movie night. A galley style, bright white kitchen includes new appliances and everything you could need for cooking island-inspired meals at home. A thoughtful layout provides many comfortable spaces to spend time together or relax independently.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are intentionally designed with comfortable furnishings, ample natural light, televisions, and storage space. The master includes an ensuite bathroom and private lanai with comfortable lounge seating.

Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club is included with rental (amenities at Mauna Lani Resort are not included): The Mauna Lani Beach Club offers a private white sand beach, the Surf Shack, and dining at Napua restaurant. The ecluded white sand beach is protected from high surf by a cove making the beach a perfect spot for all ages to play in the sand, swim, paddleboard, and snorkel through lush coral reefs.
On site recreation facilities: large lagoon pool, a 25-meter lap pool, two hot tubs, exercise facilities, and a large, covered barbecue pavilion. Townhouse is located next to facilities entrance.

Just a 3 minute drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani with a grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, and a 10-15 minute walk to Holoholokai Beach Park. 49 Black Sand Beach is a 10 minute drive to the south within Mauna Lani Resort. Five star restaurants at the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani Resort are less than 10 minutes away by car.
The townhouse #2003, is solar and has an EV charging station in the garage.
Garage is a single car garage with a narrow opening. Caution is advised. A very large SUV may need to be parked in the available parking space at the side of the driveway.
