Apartment in the Franconian Tuscany at the gates of the World Heritage

The apartment is fully equipped (see details) for 8-10 people and has central heating and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment extends with its 206 square meters of living space over 2 floors.
Immediately after the entrance area is the large dining room with a modern corner seat and a large table, which can also be used for the existing card and board games.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired from the decor and the equipment. With ceramic hob, oven and microwave all possibilities are available.
They do not have to wash dishes, of course, the dishwasher takes over. (Dish soap, tabs, tea towels are of course available) Also a fridge-freezer combination is available.
In the living area, she spoils a cinema sofa with individually adjustable seats, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable bed (with mattress) for 2 persons in a matter of seconds. The large-format 3D television in addition to satellite reception also has a Bluray player.
Three of the four bedrooms have a large double bed (1.8 mx 2.0 m), the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are individually designed. Sheets and warm blankets are of course.
A cot can be placed on request.
In the bathroom on the first floor you will find a shower with Raindance overhead shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub next to the shower. Of course, here also towels and bath towels are included free of charge.
The apartment is located in a former farm. The four-legged inhabitants (cats and rabbits) can be stroked like ;-)
Laubend lies directly in front of the World Heritage City Bamberg (8 km) and in the Franconian Tuscany.
In addition to the wonderful landscape, Upper Franconia is also known for its cellars and inns, many of which can be found nearby.
The Bamberger Land and the neighboring Franconian Switzerland also have a lot to offer cyclists and motorcyclists.
