Our holiday rental is located about 10 km from Bamberg; there is also a city bus service that runs 7 times a day, except on weekends. There is a continuous bike path from Kremmeldorf to Bamberg. Franconian Switzerland and the Main Valley, Banz Castle, and Vierzehnheiligen are nearby. Shopping options are available 5 km away in Scheßlitz, Litzendorf, or Memmelsdorf, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity—about 2 km away—such as in Köttensdorf and Schammelsdorf. Our holiday rental was newly built in 2024 and completely renovated from the ground up. The holiday rental is approximately 125 square metres, located on the ground floor, and is wheelchair accessible. There is a large terrace, and barbecue facilities are available. Bicycle storage is also provided, as are parking spaces for cars. The holiday rental consists of 3 bedrooms; bed linens are provided, and an extra bed for a small child is available. It features a living room with a TV and DSL connection, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an electric stove, a grill, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, plus an additional refrigerator, etc. Guest closet, bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as hand and bath towels. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via our key safe. Pets are not allowed. A cot/rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge), as well as a high chair. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
