Villas Capri is an older, but well maintained property. It sits right on the beach on Okaloosa Island. We enjoy it so much, we return every year!

This is 2 year of us return to the villa Capri Condo. Love it . We always return for 8 years to Okalossa. This is best experience we had weather and Condo was the best .

The condo is so cute!! Perfect access to the beach, 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella… we had four in our group.. also had plenty of room to invite family over for a crab boil. Can’t wait to go back!!

Everything was as described! Great location, perfect size for our family. Very close to restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. We never drove more than 5 mins for dinner, ice cream etc! Huge plus after spending all day on the beach! We will back! :)

The condo was really nice, very clean and the host and house keeping were very helpful. The Price is really good for a beach front condo. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work but we weren’t in the room much anyway and the umbrella they supply for you is really old and doesn’t hold up well on the beach if there some wind , but nothing that was too bothersome. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one is definitely “don’t judge a book by it cover” the outside is older but the inside is perfect. It was very clean and the cleaning service (Mr Jerry) was awesome. Great price for a holiday and roomWas very spacious. Beach front and room comes with two chairs and umbrella on the beach. All kitchen needs are also included.

The proximity to the beach was great and the house cleaning was very good. The condo was small and as the pictures showed, the furnishings were old and dated. The ice maker was broken, so no ice. The ceiling fans were 40 years old and were so noisy that we couldn’t use the one in the bedroom. The outdoor furniture was cheap plastic like you would buy at a dollar store. The back porch was about 3’ wide and 6’ long so it was very small to move around. It was not a place that you looked forward to coming back to when you’re out. A lot of cigarette smokers were outside in other units that the smoke and smell found its way there. So along with cheap, uncontrollable and small porch, it wasn’t pleasant. So no, we don’t recommend it.

Great visit for our first time to Okaloosa Island. Didn’t read through the kitchen description before arriving. There isn’t an oven, just a small toaster oven so that changed our meal preps. The mattress felt like a million people had already laid in it so that was uncomfortable however the room was nice and had no issues. Everything was clean and worked properly. Beach service every day without issues was awesome. Beach is very clean and the view is great. Parking became an issue as we had to park on the street a few times with so many visitors at once. Not the condo owners fault just a tad inconvenient at times. Overall a good experience and will be back to Villas Capri.

Condo was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. View from balcony was perfect. Bedding was clean and comfortable - my old back really appreciated this! We will stay here again.
