Crystal clear water with pearl white beaches. ~ 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' No streets to cross!!!
Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / Dryer located in the unit for your convenience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! If you’re looking for a very clean condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! Great place for a wedding on the Beach

Fantastic Seafood restaurants many places to eat all kind of food varieties.
McGuires has fantastic Prime Rib and daily Specials that are just amazing and Great prices. The Sea food there is so amazing best Fish I have ever had.

Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Clean condo with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen if you plan to do any cooking. If you have neighbors in the above unit it can be a bit noisy, that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Checkin process was easy. The location was great just a few feet from the beach. Reached out to the owner about a closet door they responded quickly. The unit was clean and small yet spacious enough for us. We could hear our overhead neighbors as the walked around which is not the fault of the unit owners. Would return again and highly recommend.

Great location! Great rental!

Our family enjoyed some time at this rental over winter break. Although it was a cold week to be at the beach 😬lol, we had the best time! Felt very comfortable staying here, easy and quick access to the beach, as well as great access to other restaurants and attractions! Thank you!!!

Love Sharon's Beach Cottage

Everything was great! House was cleaned. Short walk to the beach, pool in the back and parking right in front. Could not have asked for a better place. Hoping to rent her cottage when we visit Destin again.

Eyvind and Sharon were born and raised in Kentucky, but both currently live in Michigan. We both love to fish, boat and spend time on the water, relaxing on the Beach or just being in the sunshine.

Why they chose this property

Bought in 2014, because Daughter and son-in -law both own one. After visited a few times, loved the pearl white beach, crystal clear Gulf of Mexico and warm winter weather.

What makes this property unique

Bottom floor with no stairs to climb. This is a very nice, clean and quiet family complex, 19 units close to beach with no streets to cross. The beach is approximately 75 yards away. Condo set up with all household essentials pot pans dishes linens
