The yurt is rustic but very comfortable with all the necessities. I had some trepidation about the toilet but it was no problem even for middle of the night visits. The quiet, peaceful wooded setting was a wonderful respite. I enjoyed sitting outside having coffee in the morning but if you like to do that, be sure to bring insect repellant!

Wonderful place! We loved the decor, and the bed was so comfortable. My back didn't hurt when I got up in the morning! Being in the middle of the woods was a plus, too. It was quiet and a much-needed break from living in town. Sitting outside on the deck looking up at the sky through the trees was wonderful. Bill was on top of it as a host, and his communication was great. Coffee, tea, drinks, & many snacks were provided. We had everything we needed, though the fridge could have been a little larger. It was a tight fit getting everything in, but overall, we had a great time. If you go in warm weather, don't forget the insect repellent.

This was our second time staying here. We love the quiet peaceful setting and the proximity of where we need to be. It’s warmAnd cozy and has everything you could need. I wanted to get you your favorite ice cream to leave but never got a chance. WillDo that next time we come up. Thank you

Great ride from Katy Trail thru countryside and the town of Holt’s Summit to the yurt. Yurt is very comfortable, private, and well equipped. Hideaway in the woods.

One of the most fun places we’ve stayed. Tucked in the woods with the birds and crickets. Off the beaten path but only 20 minutes to Jeff City. Our first stay in a yurt. We loved it!!

Loved It!

We have wanted to stay in a yurt for awhile and couldn’t be happier. Bill is great and the yurt was just as he said it would be. We would recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax in the nature.

What a great Yurt!

This was a neat place to stay. The place is very well thought-out. All the little details are taken care of. We enjoyed our time in the yurt in the forest. Would stay here again.
