Three-room apartment for 7 people, first floor 60m², with double bedroom with extra bed, living room with double sofa bed and loft with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
Air Conditioning,Wi-Fi.
Large covered terrace of 8.5m².

Our holiday complex with 27 apartments has a beautiful swimming pool (14x7, open mid May to October), and a children's swimming pool (4x3), a barbecue area, large parking lot and Internet WiFi, washing machine.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, , Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 150, weekly flat rate € 120 (includes the cost of air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, final cleaning). Breakfast supplement € 9 / person. The cleaning of the kitchen corner is to be carried out by the customer or paid € 35. Tourist tax € 1.50 / person / day, children under 16 free, baby cot € 25 / week.

This elegant and very beautiful holiday resort by the sea (approx. 500 meters away) is located in Puntone, 6 km from the medieval village of Scarlino, and between Follonica (5 km) and Punta Ala (12 km).
Strategically located, it is also an ideal place to visit the beautiful region of the Maremma. Discover the natural sights of Tuscany, such as the Uccellina Park and the area of Monte Argentario, or visit the beautiful charming villages such as Castiglion della Pescaia (only 16 km away) or Baratti and Populonia (12 km). The beautiful beaches of Cala Violina and Cala Martina are only 8 km away.
Our guests will find tennis and golf courses, riding schools, wind surfing and kite surfing schools not too far from the holiday complex.

Un soggiorno tranquillo passato con amici, unico appunto lo faccio sulla chiarezza dell annuncio, dovreste rendere piu chiaro che le lenzuola e biancheria sono obbligatori da pagare, perché scritto vicino al Wifi sembra una opzione. Anche la parte della colazione scritta poco chiara, 7 euro fai colazione a venezia quasi (esagero) e ovviamente con molto meno)(2-3€) al bar della reception riuscivi a fare colazione.

Buongiorno, grazie per la recensione e siamo contenti che vi siate trovati bene. per quanto riguarda la biancheria, o meglio il forfait che include biancheria e pulizia, ho ricontrollato, ed in effetti ci deve essere un problema sulla pagina in italiano di vrbo. In pratica manca la descrizione, che abbiamo messo nella versione inglese e che dovrebbe tradurre automaticamente. Ci scusiamo per il disguido ma dipende da un errore del portale,
