La Sugherosa is a luxury villa on the Tuscan coast overlooking the Island of Elba.

The villa can easily accommodate 6 people (two double and two single beds are available); in case of need, a double bed in the living room can provide two additional beds.

Each room has its own bathroom, in one of which there is also a bathtub.

Private elevator and private garage.

In the summertime a wonderful terrace facing the Island of Elba sets the scenery for amazing sunsets.

Dogs are welcome.

A beautiful golf course is available at 5 minutes driving distance.

Wonderful view of Isola d‘Elba

We passed a wonderful week at Punta Ala. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The view from the terrace is incredibly nice. The beaches in and around Punta Ala are absolutely beautiful and not crowded. Lorenzo is a very helpful landlord and corresponding with him is easy. Thank you very much for a very nice week in Punta Ala, Lorenzo!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Traumhafte Lage, sehr netter Anbieter und die Abwicklung war auch sehr gut. Was allerdings auch gesagt werden muss: Es hätte sauberer sein können, wir haben ein halben Tag geputzt und abgespült und das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Unterkunft die für 6 bis 8 Personen geeignet ist, sind ein dreckiger Klappstuhl und eine Liege zu wenig. Auf Anfragen bekamen wir eine 2. Liege welche aber defekt und in Einzelteilen war..

Wonderful location

We spent a wonderful time at Punta Ala. Our accommodation, a very clean and spacy apartment, part of a villa, was located some way up the hill and easily reachable by car. It offered a terrific view on the sea, the island Elba and thanks to the nice weather unbelievably beautiful sunsets. Our very kind host, Lorenzo, was extremely responsive and forthcoming. We had everything we needed and missed nothing. We enjoyed the silence on a covered terrace almost every evening. A long free beach is not too far away, and your car can be left on guarded parking areas nearby. We would be very much delighted to come again.

Hervorragend

wir waren im September 14 Tage mit 6 Erwachsenen in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr geräumig. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter Lorenzo ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
