Nice getaway in Sparta

The house was in a great location. It was in a quiet neighborhood yet everything was nearby. The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. The family room/den was very comfortable and one of our favorite spaces. Having a fenced in space for the dogs was very nice. We really enjoyed our time and would go back.

This property truly is a home away from home! The location is perfectly situated for all the things you want to do in middle Tennessee, the neighborhood is quiet, and the house is very cozy. We have visited places such as Europe, Asia, Central America, Bali and have many more places that we would love to explore, but we have absolutely fallen in love with SPARTA, TN! And we would love to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

We feel so fortunate to have found Sparta in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. We have the best of everything right here at home: Waterfalls, Hiking, Kayaking, Fishing, Boating , Caves, Live Music, Great Food and most of all the kindness of the local community.

What makes this property unique

This is a wonderful, family-oriented neighborhood. You will see children and people of all ages playing and/or exercising along the street and enjoying the outdoors. For the safety of pedestrians , please drive slow and careful :) The street makes a loop and is great for running or walking. It's on one acre of land and the house is located on a hilltop. It's fun to enjoy the backyard patio and magical when you get to view the sunset.
